The tickets I bought I thought were from the venue directly. They were 3 times what the current tickets go for, and I still have not received tickets

When I went to make the purchase the price was stated as $65. When I paid, it said my card was charged $93.

Also the site said parking was almost sold out to get me to purchase. When I got to the parking garage it was pretty empty.

Additionally, the normal cost to enter the parking garage is only $34.

Thus, I believe I got misled and ripped off by TicketsOnSale.

I would like to be refunded since the information on your site is false and deceiving!

I haven't received my tickets nor an update and you're asking for a review. I can't even track the status of my tickets.

Grossly over charged. The price of tickets was 5 times more then from vendor.

Excellent service. Received parking pass quickly after purchase.

Ordered 9 tickets. Paid for all 9 tickets. Only received 6. When contacted they said it was my fault for not downloading them all. There were only 6 available to download!

Not great as I don't know why I got connected to this web site and tickets ended up being twice the cost of their face value. I was charged $230.00 for 3 tickets. Why?

Knowing that tickets were going fast I clicked on the first link to buy. This a third party reseller and does not give refunds. I paid extra without knowing. The no refund policy is hidden but pop ups urging you to buy are plenty. I regret this purchase and can't even relist them so that someone else can enjoy the show. So disappointed, never again!

Tickets were unexpectedly marked up nearly 50% from the stated price. When I immediately reached out to make this right, customer service told me there was no help they could offer.

I paid $322 dollars for 2, $37 Dollar Tickets. I will Spread The Word, Every Day On Every Social Media Site Until I Get My Satisfaction. The seats are general seating, not 2nd row as promised.

Easy to navigate and very simply to use. Efficient and worry-free.

Make sure you are 100% on your order before hitting submit. Even if you do it on accident they will not refund your purchase even if you just hit the confirm button and it hasn't been processed yet.

They lie telling you the venue is almost sold out, then charge twice as much as the tickets that went on sale the next day.
They disguise themselves as a Live Nation / TicketMaster type company and rip off those of us foolish enought to try it and zero refund option.

This website is a SCAM!
DO NOT BUY TUCKETS FROM THEM!
They will sell ypu tickets for the worst seats in the house fie.more than they would typically sell for!

I was directed to a completely different parking garage and had to pay for that ticket in addition to the $53 i wasted on an imaginary garage i want my money back and i will never ever buy parking ahead of time again this is just a big scam not real.

Checkout said $65 on a $35 ticket. Actual bill $94. Scam.

I selected "2" tickets and no where in the check out did the prices double despite the fact that i was apparently buying two sets of tickets. The price did not update and double as it should have before charging me. I only realized this ordeal when I was charged double and it showed up on my bank account. Your representatives talked to me unprofessionally about how "fans try to dispute with their banks all the time and never get their way. Good luck." I want a refund and you guys gridlock people in.
