Being as this is my first experience in purchasing tickets like this...still confusing to me
I'm in Canada. Like all the other websites in Canada, I expect to pay in Canadian dollars. At the completion of the purchase after confirming the sale, it appears I paid in usd. You ripped me off! Not happy. Also, random charges were not specified prior to purchasing. I specifically changed ticket purchase sites because the previous one I was on charged 22.50 per ticket in addition to the handling charge. I went to TicketsOnSale because they didn't appear to charge the ridiculous fee. After paying, it appears they did anyway. Total bill should have been just over 150 canadian. It ended up being 212USD.
I received the email with link, I opened it, but never received the required parking ticket.
I tried to cancel it, but no response. Tried to call, no luck.
So far no refund.

I paid a lot more money than I probably should have to see a show I really want to see and this is the exclusive way to get a ticket as far as I can tell. Monopolies are terrible :)

Lame 20 fee on parking. Could not find the parking site for over 45 minutes it was tucked away.
This process was quick and easy to purchase tickets. Email came through quickly with no problems and I also got an email to make sure that I received my tickets. Good experience overall.
