The buying process was easy and just needed to wait for the conformation email, which did not take long.
Buying the tickets on line was generally an easy task and can be performed with little computer experience.
4th time trying was cutting close to no tickets left. I had to wait and kept trying to purchase. My original order was 4 tickets but no success. I managed to get 2 tickets.
Purchasing Harlem Globetrotter tour tickets for my son and I were pretty quick and easy. The online form is was straight and to the point. The only thing I didn't like was that the tickets weren't sent to me upon payment submission. It stated that they'd be available two days prior to event date.
The experience was easy and affordable I would definitely do business with them again.
I will never use your service again the added extra fees were not disclosed in a manner that was obvious and could be construed as consumer fraud. The tickets I thought I was buying were marked as $230 each and then I get a confirmation of purchase for $648 so an extra $161 in fees and $27 in taxes- complete rip off.

Unfortunately, I made a purchase for event tickets through Ticketonsale.com. I thought I was on an official site, but it turned out to be a resale platform run by a third party. I had doubts after completing the transaction and requested a refund, but it was already too late. Despite reaching out to customer service, I was informed that nothing could be done. According to an email from Ticketonsale, I should receive the tickets by... the day of the event. At this point, I sincerely hope that will be the case. This site is not worth the added stress.
