I have heard many people are scammed this year, thinking they have purchased a ticket to a show. Because there was a delay from the time I ordered the ticket until the QR code appeared in my inbox, I was worried I was scammed.
I don't know how you fix the problem for future buyers.
It's been fine. They keep asking me to confirm i received the tickets so doing that currently.
Clunky to change my selections when full price was finally shown. Actual seat numbers haven't been provided. I considered canceling/seeking a refund, but found out it isn't offered. So it is also unclear if I could resell or transfer my ticket purchase if desired.

I believe electronics has it's benefits & for this reason, it took more than two (2) days to receive my ticket confirmation.

Nice site, looks good. Yet hard to navigate, i was able to, since I use many different platforms. Yet for someone who doesn't, they would probably not even buy the tickets. Also using another party for confirmation and all is a bit confusing. Axs is the site, yet your site is where I buy the tickets. Makes no sense, if I didn't know better, I would of thought it was a scam site. Fix this, no older person is going to know. Your site is just the middle man site, from the actual site who gives you the tickets. So weird. Overall, I don't plan to buy tickets in the future. So thank you
The whole purchase process is deceptive at best. I purchased 1 ticket (I thought) for parking and the confirmation email has 4 parking tickets. Why would I have bought for parking tickets for one event! I can't change or cancel. This site IS a scam. My council has been contacted with all the details and screenshots.
Experience was good. I have purchased from here before. Recommend.
