Great website for ordering tickets would recommend to anyone looking for tickets fast and easy
I accessed this website from the concert website thinking it's a Ticketmaster I used before to my satisfaction. Saw 2 tickets I was considering and was curious to see what will be the total price with fees. From the screen showing $113 x 2 tickets, it asked me to fill out payment information, which I know sometimes required. I clicked proceed with the order thinking I'll see the total price with the break down, however, to my shock I saw notification my order was placed charging $311.46. I immediately called the merchant and was told I can't cancel this transaction (2 minutes later) or get a refund and they get numerous calls with the same concern but the only recommendation they can get is to try and resell these tickets! I filed a dispute with PayPal and Credit Card! They did send the tickets but I didn't accept them as I didn't agree to purchase them at that price.
The process in place forces a person to wait until quite close to the event until they actually receive the tickets. It would be much better if the tickets could be transfered earlier.

Add on fees were not clearly stated. I thought I was paying $50 for a parking spot I could have gotten for $20 at the lot. After fees, I ended up paying over $69.

I bought 2 $113 tickets and my card was charged over $300. I tried contacting customer service for an explanation and no one has gotten back to me. Customer service sucks as well as the added fees.
Too many emails. I want to be able to buy tickets, and have them appear in an app like everywhere else. Otherwise, one email with tickets attached would be better than multiple emails, then more emails asking me to confirm - which led me to leaving this review.
