I bought tickets to the BTS concert for April 2,2017 and had a good experience. I paid for 2 instant download tickets at $370 each with a fee of $106 per ticket, so it was a total of $952. The tickets were emailed to me in less than 5 minutes in PDF format. The price was not listed on the ticket, but the barcode and everything else was in the right order, etc. The seats were GOOD and I was pretty pleased overall with my purchase. With all resellers, there will be a fee, for sure. Some sites are even cheaper, but for the seat selection, they were the best. It was my first time using ticketsmadrid Seats and I was skeptical from the reviews, but it all turned out great in the end :) The concert was sooooooo good! :D
