Very bad service, they sell a ticket office for an event that has already started and you call to make a claim because they don't have anyone to answer the call in Spanish. You lose your money. I don't recommend it at all and I'm still waiting for my money back. It's a scam.

They mislead that they are the venue. They never show you a total charge until after you agree "All Sales are Final." Then they tack on a large service charge. By the time you see the total, it's too late to cancel.

I didn't know I was buying from them. It is a site that serves scalpers. So if that's your business you might like them. I couldn't go to show. Ant other place you buy seats makes selling them easy, not here. Would never deal with them again

You will pay a lot more on this website. Go directly to the venue online. I paid $200 for tickets that I could have paid $85 for. Don't click on this website.

This company is garbage! I purchased ticket for a the Willy Nelson concert (19 in Mes April) in Mesa & my confirmation email (dated 3 Dec 23) said I would receive my tickets "On or before 17 April) When I didn't receive my ticket I called on 18 April & was told the "supplier" could not provide the tickets so my order was cancelled TODAY since they couldn't find any other tickets. Really? I just logged onto the ticketsales web site there are tickets still available in the same section but 4 rows behind my original tickets for over $100 more than what I paid. I was given a total refund & a credit of $55, glad I'm local & didn't have to incur travel & hotel costs. All the customer service rep I talked to could say is, "This happens" Sounds like the demand for tickets got in high demand so they canceled the tickets and resell at a higher price. Will NEVER use ticketsales.com ever again! Oh & their hidden "Fees" when purchasing tickets are ridiculous!

Please be careful of this site. They appear to be the venue hosting the event when you do a search. They reserve you a ticket and then go to the real site and purchase one. They then charge you 5 times the real price. I attempted to cancel the order 10 minutes after it was made. I sent five emails and contacted them by the chat line. I then disputed the charge with the bank. Their legalese is apparently airtight. Please be careful.

No other fees posted anywhere, no clear checkout summary.
Charged roughly $138 ea. (fyi - tax amounts to $8.25)
Managers "unavailable". Unacceptable explanations. Only offered that I should either resell or process through event insurance, as my only options.
Reconsider this merchant unless you ok with being taken advantage of.

They start with a 10 minute clock, to make you think you need to hurry. Then they burry their, in my case, 35% of fees. $100 on a $272 purchase. Buy those tickets fast, before the clock runs out or someone else gets them. Called them immediately to cancel and they have a no cancellation policy.

They charge 3x the normal price for a ticket and they charge over 40 dollars in fees that you don't even know about until you finished purchasing your tickets. THIS IS THE WORST WEBSITE TO BUY TICKETS and they don't do refunds

The price for the tickets on this website is so expensive for what reason? Compared to other websites it's way more expensive and on ticket sales they change a $36 service fee for each ticket and a electronic transfer fee

Purchased tickets and site did not disclose ticket price and fee breakouts. Would have not purchased. I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but i had to select at least one. Very unhappy, never again

How do you guys have audacity to sell ur tickets 3x the normal price WHEN the tickets aren't even sold out?! And on top of that i can't even talk to a real person when i call ur costumer support? Awful, you guys don't even give the full price of the purchase until after its done

I am an idiot but they charged me $340 for 4 tickets that are $18 each!
This is way beyond any reasonable price!

They have hidden fee's. I paid $1,500 for 2 tickets. Total at checkout was $2,050 a hidden fee over $400. Can the State attorney general, where this company is based out of do anything?
