Prices were high for seats for such a small venue and the artist didn't even come out and perform until the last 35 minutes of the show.

Little confusing as to delivery method and WAY overpriced!
After the purchase I discovered the price was over double the actual price being sold at the venue, not cool.
It was awful, the show started at 2, I didn't get my tickets til 7 pm. I had to go to the gate and buy 4 more tickets because my granddaughter was crying extremely loud. I overpaid and didn't even get to use the tickets! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NEVER AGAIN!
I wish there was a better break down of how the seats were arranged and the service charges, etc were made clear earlier in the process

Your service fees are insane and you ask for too much information. Eventbrite, for example, does not require phone number, just email. You don't need to follow up with me, just consider changing your policy. Also it would be nice to have the ticket appear in another app, e.g. apple wallet.
