For the most part the process of getting a ticket was relatively easy. Time will tell how easy it was when I receive my ticket by e-mail.
The ticket was sent quite quickly, the whole process was painless. Thoroughly enjoyed the concert by Jake Shimabukura.
Your mobile charges are absolutely unnecessary. $20 US per ticket is beyond reasonable. My $148 for two tickets becomes $198 US! And I am in Canada, so add another 25% to that. No wonder not all the tickets are sold out. You are ripping off the artists and the public.

Everything was great except it doesn't state that the ticket seats are next to each other, so I am assuming they are. This makes me nervous since I spending so much to go there and hope my seat is next to my son.
