This is cheating companies. I have wrongly ordered tickets of star on ice on its website since mistreated it as tickets master, the official website of Canadian Tire Centre.
It is US$58(CA $76) for two tickets and lots of tickets available in official website.The tickets center has charged me US $146.95per.
It is triple as time as normal price. After one hour, I found my mistake and chatted them, they said they can do nothing.
This is stolen and cheating, not business.

I went online to buy tickets from ticketmaster to the illusionist show. Somehow I was routed to ticket-center site. Not being aware of how much tickets were and believing I was on Ticketmasters site, I assumed I was paying a fair price for the tickets! Not so! These people charged me $60 per ticket above what they cost. I'm a fool, yes but, these predatory practices should not be allowed! They will take advantage of the unaware public like me! I paid $360 more than I could have bought them from Ticketmaster. I contacted them for a partial refund and their customer service is the worst! You have to do it online in a chat room and if you don't respond right away, they end the chat session and hang up on you! They also refused to give me the partial refund to make it right! Buyer beware! They may have stolen $360 from me this time but, i'll be writing a letter to the better business bureau, the attorney general and posting reviews on any site i can find. They will NEVER get another dime from me or anyone else I can convince!

I bought tickets to a baseball game that was scheduled for the end of July for my dad for Father's Day (mid-June). I was just emailed my tickets and they decided to change the date of the game to 3 weeks from today (April 5th). I can no longer make it to the game, and I can no longer give these to my dad for Father's Day because it would be 2 MONTHS early. Such a stupid website and I don't even know if they're legit tickets. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM HERE.

They hide their "all sales are final" in such small print and they also hide the fact that they're a reseller, so you think you're buying legitimate tickets, but turns out they're overpriced, and fake. They also falsely advertise that they have tickets when they don't. DON'T USE THEIR SITE. Go to a much more reputable company.

Here's my experience: I misread the day that tickets were coming out for a concert and googled "Ticketmaster". I clicked on the first link (which is usually Ticketmaster) and went through the normal process of purchasing a ticket. I thought the prices were astronomical, but it's my bf's favorite artist and I thought he was just expensive.

After purchasing the ticket, I realize I wasn't on Ticketmaster at all. I then do some research and it turns out the tickets for that artist hadn't even gone on PRE-SALE. Which means I bought tickets that DID NOT EXIST. On top of that, I paid a crazy amount for tickets that didn't exist and they refused to honor my request for a refund, even though I called them less than 5 minutes after the transaction.

SCAM SCAM SCAM.

We bought two concert tickets for the Little River Band. Orchestra section the row we wanted... the charge was $338.95. $138.90 for each seat plus service charge.
THEN I got an email prompting me to print the tickets... The tickets weren't where we wanted to sit AND the price on the printout said $59.50 each! WTH!
I have contacted them and they said they aren't responsible for the gross overcharge...$155.00 worth. No Refund, they could care less!

My sister has a favorite band and I was able to find her tickets here for Christmas. The tickets said G5 so it appeared to be great seats. Nope. I found out today that means 5 tickets so far sold in general admission. These were two $30 general admission tickets. Actual charge? $163.50. That's $65 per ticket PLUS fees including $7.50 each for shipping... by email. I will NEVER use this company again, not just because it's a rip off, but the fact that the supervisor I spoke with named Khadijah told me "next time be smart enough to read the fine print."

I bought tickets for Monster supercross and did not notice it was this filthy web site. They charge double and we'll see if I get tickets. Called them for refund got the run around and "we do not refund".
