They hide all the info letting you know your STUCK with NO refund if something happens! Scammed me

Made the mistake of not going directly to the Venue Website - TicketsCenter tickets were DOUBLE the price and since they allow no refunds, exchanges or cancellations I'm stuck paying 2 times the regular price. Will NEVER use this service again.

They charge double the price of other ticket venders. They definitely will rip you off with no recourse.

Site was a mess. Couldn't access my tickets. Missed event. Will never use again. I couldn't log in to get the ticket on my phone. Kept telling me I had the wrong password.

So here it goes. We got notified yesterday that a charge of $892 was made to our credit card for some tickets. I then see an email from this ticket center from someone named Gary that to confirm the tickets. I replied back I did not buy them and got an auto reply mailbox is full. I make contact with my bank to put them on alert that someone has used our visa number to purchase something not authorized. I continue to email ticket center and finally gave up with no response. I decided to look up their reviews... oh boy. So apparently, they have committed fraud on me. I tried to chat with someone on their site today and gave her the order number (her name was meliose or something like that) and told her the situation and she came back and said "you can't cancel so sell the tickets on google." I didnt even know what she was talking about and I have never confirmed any tickets (it looked like something attached to an email so I didn't since I did not buy them.) Never thought a company would be so brazen to charge a credit card fraudulently and play the card of its my problem to deal with it. I am very surprised this company has not been shut down by the feds. I have notified Chase bank of what has happened and I will proceed further with a police report against the company if need be. I am sure my visa number will be changed since it is being used out there...

Not great. Misleading web site. It looks like the venue site, triple the price, and no cancelation. It is always the first to come up in a search so it's easy to get fooled.

I honestly hope whoever created this company family gets run over by a bus multiple times. I hope that every single kid your wife tries to have is a miscariage. I hope Russia mistakes ur $#*!ty low life $#*!ing house for Ukraine and bombs it. I hope everyone ur related to gets herpes and dies. Paid $240 for 2 lawn tickets which are actually were $25 each. Ok back to my rant please PLEASE I hope you slowly break every leg u have. I hope your wife cheats on u with the entire country of South Africa. I hope u get tied up and have to watch ur daughter get molested by Big bird.

I wish I had read all this reviews before purching my thickets, I made a mistake and there is no way to cancel thickets, even they had made withing a lapse of 5-10min.
Very disappointed, and upset for the poor costumer service. Definitely last time I buy using them.

Got a ticket with this 3rd party made a mistake and selected wrong date for concert they wouldn't give me a refund after my purchase of the ticket didn't send me ticket info until day of the concert I didn't want to attend which didn't give me time to resale myself to purchase ticket on correct day felt as after my purchase should have received ticket directly after and the ticket was also marked up over 100$ of the retail price I will never use this party again.

The site offers tickets they don't have and bills immediately, then cancels the order with no explanation. You're expected to wait with a multiple hundred dollar hold on your card for 5 days for the refund. Customer service is a chatbot. My service fees were 20% on top... At the end... No explanation... Plus a billing fee. God I hate parasitic companies like this.

I purchased tickets for an event in Dec 19. Well covid hit and my event was cancelled. I waited to hear from ticket-center.com. Well season ended with no game. We were not offered replacement tickets after that. In Jan 22 an entire two years later they finally offered a full refund. Except they never have it. It is now Apr 22 and I'm out my money with no refund in sight and no fault of my own. Buyer beware.

Warning do not use this site. Make sure you double check before making a purchase. The site looks very similar to ticketmaster. Bought tickets to an event in February in nh and was unable to go. Tried getting a refund and they refused. Tried getting the better business beaureau involved and got no where so know I am out over 600 dollars for an event that I was unable to attend and was over charged for. My next step I am going to do is go through the attorney General office for the state of nh in hopes of getting a refund issued from theses scamers

I had put in an order for tickets and found out that I couldn't go about an hour later due to my wife's illness. I called and they would not give me a refund. They told me to sell them on social media. The price of the ticket were so overpriced that the hosting facility was waaaay cheaper and far better seats. I would discourage anyone from buying tickets from this company due to the lack of ethics involved and poor customer service. Especially in today's world. It's not like I called a month or two later. And the billing price ($259) and what they charged my credit card ($335) did not even come close to the same. I guess this one's on me Tickets-Center.

Never received my Red Sox spring training tickets... COMPLETE SCAM Customer service extremely arrogant and rude

I dont even want to give it a star, I was getting tickets for an art exhibit of Michelangelo artwork replicas that the establishment site listed to be around $18 per person plus tax depending where you get your tickets. Tickets-center listed the tickets for $145 for 2 people, at that price youd think we were seeing Michelangelo in concert. I understand slight mark up but thats ridiculous ended up getting them off ticket master for $25 a person.

I ordered MLB spring training tix at a premium price to watch the Detroit Tigers play the Philadelphia Phillies. The Tigers were replaced by the Blue Jays after the lockout. I requested a refund on 7 different occasions and received nothing but computer generated response stating that they do not issue refunds.
DON"T USE THIS SITE FOR TICKETS FOR ANY VENUE! NOTHING BUT A THIRD PARTY RIPOFF AFTER YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! NEGATIVE 5 stars
