Desconcertante y pésima experiencia por la insuficiente protección al cliente, ante situaciones adversas y ajenas a la voluntad del cliente ante reprogramaciones de eventos como el de Ricardo Arjona el pasado 3 de junio. La respuesta a quienes no pudimos asistir en la fecha reprogramada es que vendamos las entradas; en un lapso de tiempo tan ínfimo que ni ellos con la experiencia y una plataforma organizada para el vendedor podrían lograrlo, así quedamos estafados y decepcionados.

I accidentally ordered tickets to I thought was a padre game for Father's Day in San Diego. It is actually in Colorado. I called 2 minutes after realizing the mistake I live in San Diego. The girl was no help at all and she would not refund any money. Scam Scam and bad business practices.

This site is very confusing not sure why I have to submit a bunch of reviews to confirm the fact that I received my tickets from a complete and totally different site then get random email stating that I would get some for of saving after mackin my purchase.

Got my tickets for the game fast and secure. Just waiting for the game now! Get yours before they sold out

Link on Hollywood bowl site makes me think that I am buying tickets directly from Hollywood Bowl. Go through the check out process, then realized that it was a scam. Immediately contacted scammer and he said too late. You can resell your tickets when I get them to you two days before the event, even though my purchase was made a month before the event. Needless to say, the guy was no help. I will need to resolve this through credit card company.

I bought my tickets quickly and felt secure during the whole process. The budget gave me a proper suggestion for a location, and the steps were easy to follow. I just needed to adjust my postal code in the checkout, but everything went smoothly. After the purchase, I received a confirmation email, and everything looked ok.

I loved the process. It was very easy to purchase tickets! Maybe if you send the tickets without downloading an app, would be better.
