The concert brought emotions out in me, that I thought I lost. Paul McCartney was Great and so was the whole band. I enjoyed it. Best concert that I ever went to. Great job. Way to go Paul, you still got it

Thought I was ordering through Ticketmaster as I always had before--used user name & password I had for Ticketmaster. When got confirmation was from somebody Snow. I'm not positive what seats I selected myself, but feel quite sure it was not what we ended up with. I was charged way over the price printed on the tickets + 40 some dollars each service charge + delivery fee even though my only choice was to print my own tickets. $400 some dollars for bad seats! I emailed him back & got no response.

There was rain during the concert so the sound guys in front of our section put up a tent over the mixing boards, etc. We couldn't see the stage and couldn't see the big screen. We would take turns walking out into the aisle to see around the tent! Was dissappointing.
Such a fabulous musical. So many wonderful memories relived while listening to the wonderful music.
I enjoyed the concert. 2 other people who attended with me, 1 male, 1female, did not enjoy as much. They are younger generation and really into country music,. Which they thought some of his new album leaned towards.
I was kind of worried heading to the game since the Bruins hadn't won a game yet this season. That worry was greatly misplaced. :) My Bruins didn't disappoint at all, and neither did the seats I got! Perfect view! I was in 302, but I could still see everything going on down on ice level. For my first time seeing my team, and first time sitting on the side of the rink, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Hopefully the rest of the season will go as well as this game went. Gonna keep my jersey near and try to wear it during every game; got some luck on it now!

The seats were great and a good value. Parking in the usually difficult NYCB Theater lot was a breeze. Overall, the best experience we've had at this venue (and we've been there dozens of times).

We took an impulse decision that we wanted to see a game of basketball while being in New York. My cousin recommended TicketNetwork, and it was both easy and fairly cheap! All in all a very satisfying experience!

Called to purchase tickets to a show at the Kennedy Center. Person helping seemed fine. Completed the sale and applied the $100 TicketNetwork gift certificate that we had. Told us we would be able to download tickets shortly. But when I tried to download the tickets, instead I saw a letter saying that because of a TicketNetwork error they could not deliver the tickets. I called to find out what happened, but the representative didn't know. My credit card has been charged, and I was told that my card would be reimbursed, but it hasn't happened yet. No one seemed apologetic, and there was no effort to make amends. Instead, I was offered tickets that were $100 higher for the pair. Needless to say, I'm not pleased.
I am from Germany and I got the tickets just 2 days before the match and I had to print them. So I had trouble to find a place where I could print the tickets.
Next time I will not use ticketnetwork for buying tickets.
They were sold out everywhere else, ands this place is more expensive, but they got me my tickets and I got a great view of Marina and the Diamonds.
We presented our printed ticket bought from ticket network and it was not enough. We were asked to pull over to the side while I had to go back to my email and do more verifications etc. etc. We were asked to go to the booth and they asked us to call ticket network. It took us a few stressful minutes to settle the matter for seating assignments. The staff said that if someone has the hard copy of the ticket and has the same seating arrangement we had, then we will be moved to other seats because our ticket was not officially bought from them. As a result, we were late for the show and were not allowed to enter the auditorium until after a certain time. We stood there outside just viewing the opening part on a tv screen.
I paid for my numbered seat's ticket several weeks before the event, but you called to inform me there was no ticket available, just a couple of days before the event. Anthony from your staff was apologetic, but the extreme delay made my evening a disaster. Finally, when I called back 3 hrs before showtime, he had found a ticket, but by then I had lost the desire to deal with your company (4 phone calls back and forth, changing my plans as well) I look forward to receiving my payment back.
