The company's reputation is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily stemming from poor customer service and technical issues. Many customers report difficulties accessing their accounts, long hold times, and inadequate support for ticket-related problems. Concerns about cybersecurity and the inability to transfer or resell tickets exacerbate frustrations. Conversely, some positive feedback highlights an easy-to-navigate website and helpful customer service representatives who resolve issues when contacted. Overall, while the company offers a wide selection of tickets, its customer service and technical reliability require substantial improvement to enhance user experience and trust.

Absolute $#*!ing wankers. Ticketmaster are absolute $#*!ing wankers. Ballsacks. I love balls. I'll fart on ticketmaster
Tried to get tickets for Coldplay. 4 hours of my life which I will never get back. Website not working, locking up and just a real shi**y experience.
I sold the Depeche Mode tickets on their website and 2 weeks after the event I am still waiting to get paid. Their policy says that they pay max. 10 days after the event. After sending various messages/emails I still haven't received any real reply and NO MONEY.
Don't trust this awful website with horrendous customer service! Thieves!
The only think they keep saying is "We'll make the payment this week". Why don't you pay me back instead of writing always the same crap? THIEVES!
Ticketmaster in SG is just totally crap, totally can't handle huge crowds, and became the holy land for scalpers with bots to help them purchase tickets
Be careful of the ridiculous RESALE tickets that con artist, people with no morals are purchasing for resale. 2 tickets for USHER Concert in Las Vegas came out to $7468, lol. Whoever selling them done lost their rabbit a$& mind. Maybe rich people with money to blow will purchase them. The ONLY person I will spend that on is JESUS. Ticketmaster you can stop this madness.
Was number 620 in the queue sat morn July 15, tried 3 times for 2 GA floor tix and got "sorry, another fan already purchased….". Only 300 section tix showing avail. Ticketmaster is the WORST and govt should nix this company.
Customer service is beyond useless, getting a refund is nearly impossible, they constantly give you the run around. I had to sell tickets due to a concert being rescheduled 3 times and just not being able to make it for the new date. I sold THROUGH Ticketmaster where the tickets were bought and still had to fight for over a month to get anything done. I STILL haven't been refunded my money even though the tickets sold the day I listed them and can't ever get any help on the phone or chat line. Do not buy or sell through Ticketmaster. THEY ARE THE WORST.
The band cancelled their gig, then rescheduled it to a date that i was not able to attend. Unfortunate. Ticketmaster refused to refund or even allow me to resell my ticket. Scalpers through and through. I will be avoiding entirely if possible, though that will be difficult considering the monopoly they have on ticket sales.
Spent a fortune for a meet and greet that never happened and a special goodie bag we were told would be sent to us. Nothing received and - as usual - the service experience to resolve is ineffective and pointless to say nothing of the fact I - and others - still haven't received our mdse. This is over one month since the concert and their service team are untrained and impossible to reach.
Horrible vermin company that I will never ever spend another penny with.
Shocking service all round, blunt answers when getting customer service, they never ever put the customer first and are a set of money grabbing you know whats.
Don't waste your time with Ticketmaster use Skiddle instead.
Payed for VIP WEEKEND PARKLIFE TICKET in total came to £200 due to a payment plan (there is absolutely no need to add money on to a payment plan when you make enough as it is) couldn't resell over twitter or TicketSwap as Ticketmaster made it next to impossible with the stupid barcodes they have brought out. Only option to resale is through Ticketmaster resell and it's the biggest waste of time known to man, you will never get what you payed back because they add more money onto it once you list it for resale, after making even more on me doing a payment plan.
Then when I couldn't make the event due to a close family funeral, when I couldn't resell because of Ticketmasters resale section, they refused to refund me. They refused to refund a loyal customer for years. I told them I didn't expect a full refund i only expect face value for the ticket none of the extra costs and they still wouldn't comply. So I ended up transferring my ticket to someone for £75. Thanks Ticketmaster.
I recently had a terrible experience with Ticketmaster when my New York Yankees baseball game was canceled due to weather conditions. I reached out to their customer support, hoping for a solution. However, the support team failed to assist me adequately.
First, they provided me with an expired credit code that I couldn't use for rescheduled tickets. When I tried to redeem it, I received an error message stating the code was no longer valid. This is unacceptable! How can they issue a credit with an expiration date in the past?
Despite multiple attempts to get a resolution, I received inconsistent and unhelpful responses from their customer support team. They seemed uninterested in resolving my issue and failed to provide a proper solution.
As a software engineer with a background in technology, I understand that errors can happen, but it's the company's responsibility to rectify them promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution to their customers. Sadly, Ticketmaster fell short in this regard.
I urge fellow ticket buyers to exercise caution when dealing with Ticketmaster. Their lack of support and poor customer service have left me deeply disappointed. I expected better from a company of their stature.
Cannot get my refund for concert of Ozzy Osbourne which was cancelled in May 2023 in Madrid. I have been in touch with my bank and I provided all the data to get refund.
Every time I got the same answer from Ticketmaster:
We're sorry, but the refund has failed again.
Liars.
I booked a venue with Ticketmaster to see a show in Orange County CA. I was sent an email stating that the tickets would be sent to me before the show date. I received the email about a week before the show and took a couple of days to get to it.
I had to click on a link that didn't work at first. Then, it went through and told me I had to create an account. It was telling me I already had an account when I had never registered with them before. I had to send 3 emails to get an answer and it was a generic welcome email. Two days before the show I sent another email and this one was answered but it was a bunch of non- helpful hints. They also had a customer service number listed on their website that is disconnected.
I ended up missing the show because I couldn't get the tickets from Ticketmaster. When I contacted them they said they had already sent me the tickets in the initial email (which is a lie) and since I had received them they wouldn't refund my money.
Stay away from TicketDisaster! They will rip you off and then justify it in some way. If you are going to buy tickets for a show, do not use TicketDisaster.
These crooks shouldn't be in business anymore, they will certainly not get a dime from me ever from now on. I booked a Rod Stewart show 5 months in advance but realized it conflicted with my vacation time so next day I tried cancelling, well gues what: YOU CAN'T!
Ticketmaster has NO customer service phone number, their chat feature is also AUTOMATED/ROBOT and you WILL NOT SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN FOR WHATEVER REASON! Do not use these crooks unless you want to have nasty surprises. Other people bought tickets for balcony or VIP seats and had to stand for the whole concert. Read other people reviews, these crooks should be put out of business!
I ordered a movie ticket while on vacation to ensure a seat for a popular movie. It was very easy. I don't need this account and had to read the entire privacy policy to find the link to delete my account. There are no specific instructions for closing accounts. I submitted the form and received an email requiring another step instead of confirmation that it's closed. Update - called *******150. It was not customer service but gave me *******000. Voice mail for that number says it is for order inquiries only. I waited for a agent anyway and the person I spoke to couldn't close my account. She could only submit a request which she said would take up to 10 days. Changed my review to 1 star and added another picture.
As a lover of music, attending concerts is a life-changing experience. So when I stumbled upon this company selling concert tickets, I was overjoyed. While their website was easy to navigate and their selection was impressive, I did experience a slight hiccup in receiving my ticket via email. However, I contacted their customer service team a few times and each time they were extremely helpful and diligent in resolving the issue. It's great to see a company that not only offers amazing products, but also prioritizes their customers and goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.
I got extremely negative experience with this company. In September, 2022 I bought online a ticket for the Cure concert in Helsinki scheduled for October 8, if I remember right. In the end of September Finland restricted (in fact, closed its border) travelling for Russian citizens. I had to cancel my trip and asked for refund due to force majeure circumstances. I was refused with an explanation "we can not make a refund until Russia is under sanctions". I tried to explain for a few months that neither I, nor my banks were under sanctions, and asked a few times to provide viable legal grounds for their refusal. No result, just fruitless waste of time for communication with them. Effectively, these guys have stolen my money. Be careful with them.
I bought tickets to a hockey game, had them re-listed for sale, but then canceled the listing. There is a glitch that will not allow the listing to be canceled, yet the listing says it is not active. I cannot access the tickets because they are "currently for sale" but yet I apparently have no active listings. So I called them, because I cannot even attend the event because I can't get access to them until the listing is canceled. Can't attend the game, can't sell, nothing. Their ONLY solution is to "wait". I paid $1500 for these tickets and if I can't attend the game, I'm going to rage.
Bought our tickets. When our bill arrived, we were charged $150.00 more.
Never use again. Upfront honesty is the Best Policy
Answer: I had this exact same problem and after multiple attempts to contact TicketMaster customer service still haven't been able to get this issue resolved. Have been getting the runaround from TM "Fan Support" via Twitter for a week and a half now (PS - Twitter was the only avenue for contacting TM customer service where I actually got a response from someone - had also tried their toll free Cust Svc phone number and got a recording saying that phone number isn't being monitored; also tried emailing their Cust Svc email account and got auto-reply saying that isn't being monitored either and directing me to their Cust Svc FAQs which say that in order to reach Cust Svc, you need to log into your account - but of course I was blocked from being able to do that because they think I'm a bot). Good luck with this - hope you can get a response from them. I still haven't been able to get any resolution of this same issue with my TM account. Once I get this resolved, I'll never do business with them again!
Answer: No, mine was a price jump
