They canceled an event Monster Jam due to the weather they refused to give me a refund lying saying the event was not canceled I thought I purchased a ticket through Ticket Master and it was Ticket Center never again they rob you and they over charge you

Thought I was buying through the concert hall and was redirected to this scam site. Could have gotten my nosebleed tickets for half the price.

Thought I was on Ticketmaster site through AMEX. In the 3 minutes to purchase tickets they give, I realized I was on the wrong site. I called them 30 seconds after purchase - the call center is a JOKE. Would not refund, still don't have the tickets, so I can't resell. I have opened a dispute with AMEX. Anyone want to buy 2 non-existent Paul McCartney tix for the same price I was scammed out of? Could be yours for $550. DO NOT USE TicketCecter for your tickets. You will be out $$ and not have tickets either.

I thought I was on the Phillies website when I purchased the pre-paid parking tickets for a spring training game. Apparently, I was wrong. I paid $67.50 (I have no idea why I did that). When I got to the stadium the sign said parking was $13.00! After the game I stopped by the ticket office to see if there was anything I could do... but there wasn't. But the guy told me the name of the person that sold me the tickets. His name is Jeff Gardella and is a know scalper. When I emailed TicketCenter I got a miler-Daemon message say that the email could not be delivered. This company is a fraud.

Completely misled, duped and price gouged for tickets to a children's play in a small town! Beware and contact your venue directly for authorized online retailer so you don't get taken advantage too! Sad they would target this type of event and audience.

2 tickets $285.50 thought they were in fron. They were in back and actually cost $70. This site is a scam. Tickets transferred but no bar code or q code. Do not use this site.

They won't answer you via customer service until you threaten to charge back your card, then they tell you that "you should have read the terms and conditions." I reported them to the BBB. Do not use them.

THIS COMPANY CHARGED MY 80YO MOM OVER $200.00 MORE FOR CONCERT TICKETS IN AUGUST 2022 AND WONT REFUND THE MONEY OR CANCEL THE ORDER.

I paid $400 for tickets I never received. Filed an investigation on it. It took over 2 months of me following up with them to find out they will not reimburse me. Horrible horrible experience

Will not refund as there website indicates why? Spoke to live voice and phone voice why does this exist they could not confirm the website either

Completely useless, claimed they sent the tickets but I never received them. Called multiple time order, they called it a re-transfer and wanted a different email to send to, order was "Pending" up until the time of the event. They claim they sent the tickets and so no refund.

Bought Spring Training Tickets. MLB cancelled game due to lockout. They won't refund money. Offshore answering service says the event is postponed and they can't refund. The game will never be played and I will never see my money. They suuuccckk. Don't use them they are not trustworthy.

Never use this site. 75% mark up on average! Not endorsed by the artist or affiliated to the venue. Scalpers!

So yeah, I bought tickets here thinking it was ticket Master because the sites look similar. After all going back and forth creating new email addresses and getting confirmation that they released my tickets to the new email, nothing. Never got my tickets. Had to buy tickets from the real ticket Master, got them that same day. No trouble from ticket Master. Don't get dupped by this crappy thieving site. They'll steal your money, I got taken for $275. I wish I could give negative rating, but I can't so I had to click 1 star. We should all file a civil suit against them.

This site is a total scam - false advertising and horrific customer service. A total waste of money with exorbitant fees. Pay attention - lesson well learned this week. Never again!

DO NOT PURCHASE THRU THEM! They DO NOT stand behind their supposed/advertised 100% guarantee. Purchased 4 tickets for mlb preseason thru them. Mlb preseason games cancelled that we bought tickets for. This had been our retirement bucket list to do/ both on ssi now, saved, bought, and now hold worthless tickets and this place will not refund.

My wife purchased tickets for me to a UCONN Basketball Game but the game was postponed due to COVID. When we called to get a refund customer service was very bad then they said they don't give refunds for postponements. They said IF the game is rescheduled we will notify you. The game apparently was played at a later date NO email or phone call was received from Ticket Center. We called them and was told after a long wait they sent the email. We didn't receive this email, we ask for a manager…GET THIS SHE THE RECEPTIONIST SAID THE MANAGER IS GOING TO TELL YOU THE SAME THING. So no refund your telling me. That is correct sir.

Do not order from these guys, price gouging big time. Printed tickets valued at $70. Paid $200. Never again, they got me once, I have learned my lesson.
