Ordered tickets for Disney on Ice. Never emailed us the tickets. Day of show called them a few times they said they were working in it. Called back hour before show and still no tickets. Demand to speak to a manager and was put on hold for over ten minutes then came back on to say no manager was around. Told them we wanted refund. They said they would put it in for processing. I don't have much faith in that. Went on ticketmaster and purchased better seats for a lot less money. Horrible scammers.
You will order and you will never GET your tickets! I ordered 4 tickets and I never got! Don't buy from this company anything!
Do not purchase tickets from this site. Represents 3rd party sellers and the tickets were not legitimate for the venue! SO frustrating to drive an hour into Houston to see Rock of Ages at the Hobby center and the print out I was sent as tickets were not accepted by TUTS. They said the tickets had been scalped and to only buy tickets for events through the actual venue.
I have only given 1 star because zero stars wasn't an option. I attempted to purchase tickets to an event and was under the impression they would be transferred over shortly afterwards. I didn't receive the transfer so I attempted to reach out to them with questions and to get updates both via email and phone calls. They would not allow me to get through on the phone, they kept directing me to email the site. I emailed a couple times without response. They also will only let you email through their site, not through your own email account so you can keep paper trails (another red flag) I would receive a customer survey the next day asking if they had resolved any issues. Clearly they received the emails, they chose not to respond. I fully believe I've been scammed for a significant amount of money. The 3 tickets purchased were not cheap the were over 1K. Not to mention the experience has been disappointing because the tickets were supposed to be a gift to my daughter. When I first tried to purchase the tickets on my Amex card, American Express wouldn't process the order saying it was fraud. I should have taken that as a HUGE red flag, but was under the stress of timing out on getting the popular tickets so I used my Mastercard instead and the charge went through. Now I am having to dispute the charge as the company is completely nonresponsive and I do not have the transfer of the tickets. Save yourself the hardship, find another source to work with. Do not get scammed.
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL... wasn't able to download tickets in spite of all efforts... the process was made much more difficult than it had to be... a hundred dollars for two tickets that i couldn't get
HORRIBLE customer service! I ordered tickets for an event (general admission ALONG with assigned seats), but when Ticket-Center sent me my tickets they were only for General Admission at a face value of $8 and they OVER CHARGED me at $35 a ticket! This event is not even sold out as they are selling tickets at $8 for general admission still. Ticket-Center stated that the $35 a ticket was for admission AND for assigned seats but they did not send that to me. COMPLETE RIP OFF! I ordered 19 tickets but paid for 100 if you account for face value (they got me but it will not happen again and I hope everyone sees this review and does not use them). I called their customer service MULTIPLE times, got through the first time and the girl said she was sending me to a supervisor but she lied and sent me to a recording. I tried to call 5 additional times and no one answers, it's all automated. I also sent multiple emails... guess what... same horrible service NO RESPONE!
Do not purchase anything from this company. I had purchased 9 tickets for a concert that was cancelled at the end of May. I tried calling the company multiple times to request a refund, they kept me on hold for over an hour and then hung up on me. I tried sending daily emails to request a refund and they never responded. They only offered a credit which they said was part of a "new policy". I Do not want a credit for 9 tickets, I just want my money back. My next step is to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
Our event was cancelled, so these scammers sent me a "coupon" for $377.85 instead of a refund. I'm reporting them to the Ohio Attorney General's office. I will never book through the MGM Rocksino again.
We had a concert planned in September that got rescheduled to Dec and we will be unable to attend that date. The musicians website stated all tickets would be honored and refunded if unable to attend the scheduled event. I called event center and nope they don't refund rescheduled events per policy! Maureen the lady I spoke with was the rudest most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with! I'm so surprised after reading all the negative reviews they seemed to still be in business! The bad thing is the musicians may not even be aware that company's are not honoring what they clearly post on there website!
Don't buy from these cheats... I bought 3 tickets to BON JOVI CONCERT in San Jose Ca for June 16 and they cost me $971.63, After BON JOVI cancelled all his concerts and we where suppose to get "vouagers" from "ticket center" and recieved nothing. I called bbb and filed with and nothing I contacted my credit people and nothing but lies from ticketcenter. These frauds lie lie lie using a third party based in Idado who do their advertisement for them. I have contacted the DOJ of California and they responded, will continue to inform them about these liars and cheats. So, PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THESE LYING CROOKS!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... bought tickets 1 year ago and because of COVID it was cancelled was sent a BS coupon for later event. Was told if I do not use it by the time it expires we lose it all. This company should be ashamed of the way they do business.
I agree with a previous post. This company refuses to give back a cancelled event to protect themselves financially. They are not considering the financial needs of their customers an issuing refunds. The event I bought tickets to has yet to be rescheduled and may never but I hold a voucher for 373.45 to apply. I understand how this has affected so many companies and the need to stay afloat by offering vouchers. However, in a time of need, the actions and lack of compassion shown by this company makes it impossible to support them in the future.
One star is too many and will be sure to let friends and family know that this is dishonest company.
The tickets I purchased from this website would not be refunded even though the date of the event kept getting pushed around. You have no way out if you buy from them. Dont PURCHASE AT ALL. SCAM.
Purchased 6 tickets to a Baseball Game during a family vacation. Due to COVID-19, the game was cancelled. Ticket Centers offered store credit and not a refund. We don't live in AZ, and won't ever be able to use the credit. I'm out $350, and their only response was, Oh well. I'll never use this site again!
This site is over pricing, no person to talk too and you cannot get a refund. Even the show is cancelled. I will never ever buy tickets on this site anymore.
I have been requesting a refund since April and now 4 months later they say I have a store credit for a special event not a concert or sporting event. Their web site states 100% refund for cancellation.
My March 2020 is 'postponed' due to COVID-19. I called wanted a refund. The gal told me events need to be CANCELLED before full refund given (company policy). Event was cancelled in July, but Tickets-Center still claimed postponement. FINALLY-in Mid-August- an email appears offering STORE CREDIT. They claim because of COVID-19. So, in MARCH I can get 100% refund, but now in AUGUST: CREDIT? Shady business practices to hide behind a pandemic. You have my money - just give it back. UPDATE: After this 3 days after this review went live and when BBB was contacted - A FULL REFUND WAS GRANTED. No Apology - just a full refund back on my credit card. IF YOU'VE BEEN MESSED BY THIS COMPANY - File a grievance with the BBB.
The concert was canceled, rescheduled and then rescheduled again for a year from now and they refuse to refund the money. Worst place I ever got tickets from and never again.
They offer 100% money back. Our event was canceled and they refuse to give us our money back. We lost hundreds of dollars and they refuse to respond to our lawyer. They will steel your money.
They claimed the game is not cancelled. Do not buy or sell tickets through them! We lost $700! We are stunned. We bought insurance and everything!
Answer: Ticket Center will not issue refunds, but instead issues store credit. Conveniently blaming all cancelled events on COVID-19, in which they changed their refund policy due to COVID-19. This was never their policy beforehand.
