I ordered a Panasonic Professional Camcorder AG-HMC40 on 5/30/2010. This is what happened. I read the reviews in this page before I submit the order. Since there are several good reviews and the price of the camera was $500 under the retail price I decided to try. Well, I purchased the camera online, then I received a email with the order confirmation. The confirmation said that I had 4 hours to cancel the order without any fees, after that They would charge 7% for cancelations. Well, four hours after the order was done they called me. As you can see in others reviews, they tried to upsell me accesories and the worst part was that they told me that the camera that I just ordered was an imported model with no manufacture warranty, that the only languaje that came on the camera was japanese and that the battery only last for 20mins. They wanted me to change my order to a ag-hmc40 US model but the price for that one was $2000 (that is $500 more that the price that I paid). I told them to send me the camera that I purchased without any extra accesories. The Customer service person was rude when I refused to buy any accesories or switch the camera and his last words before he hang up on me was "good luck". Well, two minutes after the call was finished I received a new email. The email said the camera was not in stock and that it was in back order for two weeks. I decided to end this bad experience by canceling the order. A lot of time lost. Please, don't order from thundercamera.com because it is a scam of bait and switch. Any good review is done from people that work for them I am sure.

I order a canon 5d mark ii from these guy cause they have the best price.
As it turn out, I pay a lot more than anyone else.
After my order, some one call me to confirm my info, then he tell me i should upgrade my battery and charger. I order what he recommend and wait 3 weeks for it to come.
When I open the box, it was missing a 16g cf card and no high capacity battery and charger, i call them up and they said it is in the camera kit box, as it turn out when you up grade, they keep you original stuff and replace it with the upgraded stuff.
What is worst is after i read the owner manuel, the battery and charger that came in the box is the original stuff.
I call them again and customer service said he'll talk to the manager and see what they can do and hung up on me.
Really bad people to buy things from, they con consumers.

ORDERED A CANON G10 CAMERA, THEY CALLED TO "VERIFY" THE ORDER AND PROCEDED TO GET ME TO BUY A BUNCH OF ACCESSORIES. I CALLED THEM THE NEXT DAY TO TELL THEM ALL I WANTED WAS THE $400 CAMERA. ARTHUR THEN STATED THEY COULD NOT GET ME THE G10. SO I SAID I MIGHT OUGHT TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND ARTHUR QUICKLY SAID I WILL CANCEL AND HUNG UP. THE CAMER IS STILL ON THE WEB SITE AND IS NOW GOING FOR $549.00. I REALLY DON'T LIKE BEIGN LIED TO.

Decided to buy a lens from this site in December 2009 for my new Nikon D90. The price listed for a US model 18-105MM kit lens was the best available, so I pulled the trigger and placed my order.

What followed was the worst type of customer service experience I have ever experienced. The company called to "verify" my order and told me that the lens I ordered would not fit my camera (even though what was being advertised was a "kit lens" for the D90). I was told that I could order the right lens, but it would cost more. After being fed wrong information and dealt with very rudely, I decided to cancel my order.

This is a huge bait-and-switch operation. I would never consider buying from them again.
