4 stars because im satisfied but haven't used the website that much and didnt seem to get a response from customer service. Throtl website is simple as far as ive seen. I was more than happy to purchase through throtl vs BC racing because it was a bit cheaper, throtl is trustworthy and for the slim chance of winning that G82 M4

Order a pack of 4 only received 1 took 3 days to get resolved. Once i got back to the customer service was awesome, it was just a silly mistake but was taken care of just hoping i get the full pacakage now so i can finish my car.

It was very well packaged and I liked quality of my poster and there was no delay or problems.
Shipping takes a while to get here, but I'm in Hawaii so I understand that options are limited. The follow up emails are very good.
