Came to myrtle beach, still waiting in car rental for them to have our car ready. Been waiting for 30 or more mins and keep getting told it was being washed. We ordered an suv then asked if we wanted to upgrade to a sedan... um no we have a family and luggage which is why we asked for an suv! Still waiting as I type this review to get our car that we paid for and reserved!
Do not ever use this company. They lie, and then charge you for a gas program I never signed up for even after I returned the car with a full tank. This was in San Diego, CA. I also had the $#*!s hack my card in Miami, FL last year and then my credit card company text me with a charge on my credit card from Paris France. This company is the most corrupt car rental company ever! They are not cheap after they rape you with illegal charges. Do not even try to dispute it, I did and my credit card company still made me pay the false charge. I cancelled my Citi Bank Master Card immediately! I am damn tired of getting charged for such BS charges that they lie to you about upfront! I HOPE YOU $#*!S GO BANKRUPT!
