I understand that offering somene a 40% off coupon on their first order is a great way to draw them in. Personally, though, if you want to keep me as a customer for a long time, I'd recommend offering more coupons for returning customers (I did use a 10% off one, but it honestly seemed insignificant compared to the previous one). Sorry if I'm ranting about something so small, but I just wanted to give you some food for thought.

I use ThreadUp as a compliment to StitchFix. When I get a fix I get to try new styles, colors, and patterns. I purchase what I love, and then search and buy similar items on ThreadUp. These two apps make clothes shopping awesome and easy!
I ordered 6 1/2 Coach shoes which are in incredible condition. The wrapping said 6 1/2, the order sheet says 6 1/2 but the shoes are 8 1/2. I now have to go through the hassle of returning them which should be easy. After spending a half hour on my phone frustrated because I couldn't figure out how to return them, I went to my computer. Apparently you can only do this from an actual computer. It was just a needless headache.
I love the way Thred Up displays the clothing! I am happy with their explanations about the condition of the clothing. I have purchased two orders and am very satisfied with the clothing. I am also pleased that the clothing has fit me as well.

Items are also often mislabeled - I've received children's clothes that stated they were women's, numerous junior's clothes that stated they were women's.
I also would order a lot more if I had information. I can't always tell how long a dress is, shirt is, inseam/style of jeans. If I'm not sure, I won't order it. Give us more information!

Shopping through ThredUp's site is easy and effortless to navigate. They have constant deals and specials that are great for my budget. Each item I've ordered so far has been surprisingly accurate, color wise they are stunning and the fits are spot on! Even if there's something wrong, their return policy is assuring and for MY benefit. Shipping takes 3 days or less so far. Love it!
