I ordered a pair of jeans more than a week ago. The order receipt said I'd receive a notification when the pants had shipped. I never received one. I tracked it down through FedEx, and it still hasn't arrived, although it looks like it's been around the entire country trying to get here! I'm disappointed that the communication never occurred to inform me about the shipping. That seems pretty standard in most retail situations.
