A few months ago I made my first order on Threadless. It still hasn't arrived. 15 t-shirts were, presumably, lost in the mail or not even shipped. I haven't heard a thing from the Customs office in my country so it's safe to assume that it hasn't arrived. Efforts to contact them have proved fruitless as I got no answers. I live in Portugal and our Customs service can be a bit prolonged, but i have never ordered something from America that took this long to arrive. If you are looking from a dependable t-shirt store i would not recommend this one. As for what i see from other people in my country at least, delays in shipping are always ridiculously large, my case being the most alarming.

My daughter and I have had trouble with the website both times we have ordered. The website said that my credit card was declined but both times it took the money out of my account. There is no phone number to contact someone immediately, you can only "submit a ticket." For this most recent order, we tried to order a shirt several times each time their website system said, "the card was declined." Ironically, each attempt generated an order, even though the card was declined, and multiple amounts of money were taken out out of my account. I found a phone number to their warehouse but received a message that stated they don't receive phone calls for "Threadless." I did get a faster response for this ticket than the previous ticket when I was having trouble getting the shirt ordered. I was told in the return response that the money that was taken out of my account may not be returned for up to a month, which is ridiculous since none of the merchandise had been shipped yet and the extra orders were cancelled. I think the company need to update their ordering system, resolve issues right away, ethically return money right away, and update their customer service. The shirts are cute but I don't think it is worth the aggravation, all of the trouble with their website, and the inability to resolve problems immediately.

Ordering process is good, shipping speed is good, frequent sales and discounts on shipping is good. T-Shirt quality varies enormously, seemingly with the size and style of shirt. Smaller ladies sizes were nearly transparent and might as well be made of cheesecloth, had holes after ~ 10 washes. Larger ladies sizes were ok, but an odd shape (very long in the torso, making designs that start at the bottom of the shirt start around your knees). Men's shirts were ok quality but not great. Shirt tags are removed so you can't see the manufacturer's brand.

LOVE this site - even if the "pre-paid customs shipping labels" sometimes don't work out right money-wise. Had to pay an extra £11 once for customs, even with the pre-paid label, but the shirts are a genuinely nice quality so you don't mind that much:)

Do what I did and wait til they offer free Internation P&P and spend a good few hundred dollars on tshirts - you won't regret it! Quality prints, nice unique designs and soft cotton shirts!

I love this website since the first time I visited it. The concept itself, to promote self designed and unknown designers T-shirts, it's just amazing. The designs itselves are indeed great and fun. The price ist afordable as well. There's just a but and reason why I don't give 4 stars... Last time I tried to order the best T-shirt ever and my truly #1 fav, it never arrived, they re-send it, and still didn't arrive. So they gave me back the money (thank God), but seems I can't order from my address anymore... it feels kinda of banned. I ahve to use another address.
And my size runs out so fast!

Ive found this site just recently whilst surfing and apparently its similar to other custom tshirt sites, nothing much pretty different i guess. But what i like bout this one, is that they have a permanent slogan for typetee competition. You can add a new slogan everyday for voting which takes place for a week, and if you get highest votes then you get $2500 cash + $500 for every print of that slogan tshirt +$200 cash or $500 voucher to use in store. So its really great for everyone who has a creative fun streak and can make a new slogan everyday and be in with a chance of winning fast easy money. Always been a fan of these guys. Great fitting shirt stock and smooth ink prints. Always good quality. I'm against there recent attempt to get into "high end"clothing but I understand its grow or die in the online business. Usual shipping times are 5 days and the cost of shipping sometimes seems high.

Besides its downsides Threadless.com has become a clothing MECCA for me and my friends. I can't speak enough to the quality of there shirts. Always top notch. They use American Apparel stock on most of there items so the fits are on par with AA sizing.

I didn't give it a <3 due to the fact as of late they have not been shipping as fast as they used to and there prices have raised to the avg $20 plus range on new prints where it was at one point $10-$15 avg. This is probably due to the recent price boom of cotton, but still its an issue when competitors still have $10-$15 dollar shirts available
