Every box has great quality clothes. Customer service are so quick to answer back on emails and calls.
Value is pretty decent for today's over inflated economy. Only downside is that the website is kind of clunky. To discontinue service you have to jump through a couple hoops. Once you do discontinue they will beat your email box down like jehovahs witnesses at your door.
I got thread beast for the fact I expect sneakers in every month box, the only thing I didn't like was the dad like golf shorts, I'm a 90 hip hop style, like baggy jeans shorts or duckies style, besides that that stylist did amazing job,
Honestly it's a little expensive with the stuff or quality of it, I've gotten some really good fabric and clothes then have gotten stretched and loose bad fabric. So right now I'm still on the fence. Hopefully upgrading will change my mind because I love my clothes and shoes.
Everything I have received has been amazing. I wish you had a pause button for months where I don't need it or don't have the funds for it. Also I tried to cancel my subscription because I couldn't pause it and it was really hard to do. Maybe set up a pause option to stop people cancelling and keeping people subscribed.
On my second month with my subscription and they are very amazing! The choice of clothing matches personality. The swipes to personalize choice is helpful. Any issues you may contact them directly and the solution is up front and quick. Never regretted subscription. I got compliment with what I wear and boost my confidence. 💯
The clothes are great, the brands are legit, and I'm very happy and satisfied!

I absolutely love my boxes! I look forward to them every month, it's like Christmas every time I get one. I refuse to give my subscription up, even if I'm struggling financially I still find a way to find money to get a box! I don't think there is even one box that I've disliked.The clothes you guys send fit my style perfectly and the accessories are to die for, they definitely step my game up. Also I love when there's deals for free shoes! I got a pair recently and I've been wearing them almost every day.
I've been having a wonderful experience with this company. I believe that they could go further if they should start reaching out to the customers prior to & seeing particulars and showing them the items that are being sent and give them the option either.

I wanted to cancel my subscription and I had to jump through hoops to get to the cancel button. And then it doesn't cancel and you charge me for a package I did not want. I was going to try and comeback when I had funds but $#*! that now.

To offer some clarity on our policies, members are able to cancel their membership from the moment their charge goes through until 7 days after they receive a package. Part of the reason we have this eligibility window in place is because once it closes, we make an investment into your upcoming order! I have only got one shipment so far and really like the brands i received. I was so excited to receive my items I would like more seasonal (summer) choices at this time because it is very hot for one of my fits I received blue jeans and a havy button up shirt. I won't be able to wear that until it gets cool. Other than that I liked the style very much.
