I got my 1st box of the Essentials subscription (4-5 items) plus promotional 2 extra items. I got 3 hoodies, 1 shirt, 1 pants, 1 pair of socks, 1 pair of Underwear. 2 of the hoodies had stains on them. Customer service has yet to rectify this issue. None of the brands I chose were in the package. Everything was off brand but good quality except the dirty stained hoodies. I would have rather a ratio balanced box of tops and bottoms. Hopefully the next box is a better selection and quality. If not it may be my last.

I was a little skeptical on if they could provide a style, I would like. There isn't a selection for rugged or western, but I definitely was surprised on the amount of quality clothes they sent and options. I can make a match with the outfits they provided and clothing I already have. But I gave feedback and I think it'll only get better so we shall see what next month brings.!

I received my box of clothes and an email to ensure that all of my items were approved. The feedback that I had was that I would like to have a pair of pants(slacks, jeans, shorts, etc.). I am also a 44-year-old simple guy who wants to improve my sense of fashion and find my voice for both work and pleasure. I am excited to continue my journey and possibly increase my membership in the next couple of months.

The clothes that was selected from you were very nice and I appreciate the the clothing selected the hat was very nice and fit my head well the shirt was very comfortable and smooth the jacket kept getting nice and warm when I needed it

Really good value and great quality clothes so far. My only issue is that inseam size for pants only goes as small as 30. The addition for 26-28inch inseams would make the experience perfect. #ShortKing
