It's so unique to be able to build a personal relationship with someone who just styles your clothes and learns your unique fit!

All in all I was not disappointed. Quality of all the merchandise was great, value was great. There was a couple pieces that I honestly wish I could return, but other than that it was all decent. I'm hoping that as the time passes my box is better curated and I will end up giving g u 5 stars. Being that I live in Hawaii and it's warm year round, it's a bit tougher to find appropriate styles and fabrics and pieces but I'm sure we'll get there

Being my first time... I was impressed with what I got. Not 100% my style. But I'm sure after a few more my stylist will know exactlly what to get me each time. It's like a barber or a woman's hair stylist. The more they do it for you, the better they get at it.

I have gotten some dope jackets and hoodies (usually as bonus items) but considering a pair of socks or underwear as one of the main items on a typical order is kinda whack and makes it feel like less value. With an average of 5 items for $95 that comes to $19 per item, so when three or four of the items are tees, socks and underwear it feels like a rip-off because who likes a $19 pair of socks? I love the idea of this subscription, and the occasional cool hoodie or decent pair of pants I don't have to shop for makes me want to continue... but ultimately, I don't know that it's really worth the price. I want to love this, and I do love some features like how customizable the orders are and that they usually choose items that are on my list of dos and skip the don'ts, but the value isn't quite there.

#3 You need to email them to request a cancelation
#4 After they acknowledge you'd like to cancel, you're required to fill out a cancelation form online.
#5 In order to continue with your cancelation the form requires you to schedule a 1-on-1 phone call with a member of their team in order to complete the cancelation.
#6 Possibly another hoop to jump through... I'm still waiting for that phone call.

Absolutely the most insane process I've ever seen from one of these services.

I usually wouldn't purchase my clothes online as I like to see and feel my gear. However, I wanted to try something different so I decided to give it a try after seeing some videos on YouTube. Honestly I didn't have any high expectations as I figured many of those videos were probably sponsored; so they usually would show the top of the line gear. I thought if I didn't like it I could just cancel as mentioned on the site. I decided to go with the premium box and took advantage of the promotion that was offered...I believe it was for $25 or $50 off.
I really liked the detail gathered in creating your profile to match your style in clothes and accessories. So to the good part...After about 7 days I received my box and was really excited to unbox. I received 2 hoodies ( 1 being a bonus)which I thought were dope! I received 3 t-shirts 1 which is a of great quality and stylish and would definitely wear, the other 2 were a little disappointing. They had like a cheap clothing store or a thrift store feel to them. Just wasn't feeling them, especially in comparison to what I had unbox up until then. I also got some boxer briefs that are cool, some jogger shorts that are nice and super comfortable, and a pair of pants. So in total I received 7 items with namebarnds such as Tommy Hilfiger! Overall I was very pleased woth my box even though I didn't care for 2 of the t-shirts! Looking forward to my next box!
