My 1st box was great. Style was on point. I would like for a more casual look next time. The fitting was ok. The shirt LG was a great fit. But the TH thermo was a bit large and the underwear was way to large. If I could return or exchange the item that would be ideal. I'm a slim guy my pants size is not the same as a belt or undies. A reach out prior too shipping or a option to note the account would be a awesome feature as well. I am eager for my second box.

I would never recommend thread beast to anyone. Customer service was terrible. Quality of clothes is terrible. And Simone the customer service representative. I spoke to supposedly the supervisor sounded like she was in the bathroom taking a $#*!. Smh terrible!

One item was way too small even though it was the size I need which was odd. I wasn't aware that I keep all items. I thought it was like stitch fix where I chose which ones I wanted and paid for them. I like that there isn't any additional charges however if I don't happen to like something I'm stuck with it which isn't convenient not to mention I'll feel like I wasted my money that month. I'll see how the next package is. If I'm not overly impressed with it I plan on cancelling my membership.

I liked most of the items in my box. The flannel button up isnt realy my style but i can work it in. I loved the sweater, hoodie, jeans, hat, and boxer breafs.all 5 of those items are right up my lane. Im a 90's baby and a die hard anime fan. Would love to see some items that would match some of my favorite anime characters.

Thread Beast really is an amazing company that I had been eyeing after seeing all the adds on Instagram. I decided to give it a shot and got very excited. When I got my box, it came with two t-shirts, boxers, a hoodie, and a jacket. The t shirts and jackets are now staples in my fashion and I've been able to pair them well with cargo pants that I own. The boxers are just the right fit and extremely comfy. The hoodie was comfy and the right size just not my style sadly but it was my first box so I expected it to be trial and error at first. I sadly had to cancel my subscription due to the cost not working with me at this point of my life but definitely plan to return to it in the future. My only real complaint is that I am a freakishly large man and they don't carry my size in pants or shoes; but after speaking over the phone, I know that the team is working on expanding so that they can make my box perfect for me. I really do feel special in that this company isn't in it solely for the money, but I felt like someone actually cared and was excited to put together my style. Thank you Thread Beast team and I'll be back!
