I answered all their fit questions accurately. I specifically measured to be sure information was accurate. When I received the "Perfect Fit" bra I ordered it was laughable. The cup was way too small - I had stuff hanging out all over - looked like a roll of biscuits that was stuck in the can! FALSE CLAIMS OF PERFECT FIT! Their website states that you get a full refund within 30 days. I contacted them within 1 day of receiving and did not receive a full refund. Was told shipping is non-refundable. Their website does not state that - FALSE PROMISES!
In my opinion the bras were sized incorrectly. I tried to return the items but the web site showed an error on the returns link. I called the company and they sent a link to return the items. Same problem. I mailed the items back anyway at my expense. The company chided me because I did not have a return authorization number. They sent me a gift card rather than credit my card. I gave the gift card away because ----- well, the bras were possible sized incorrectly. Rude, inept and frustrating.

Placed an order 5 days ago with 2 day shipping & order still isn't here! Going on vacation tomorrow which is why I paid a premium for 2 day shipping. Can't speak to a human but are relegated to text or chat & I have now spent hours trying to resolve this with no satisfaction. I had the same problem with another merchant with Fed Ex but unlike Third Love the other merchant handled dealing with FedEx and issued me a refund without any of the hassle. Third Love tells me that I have to deal with FedEx & when I call FedEx they won't give me the number to a local FedEx office and tell me that they can't do anything for me and that I will just have to return the package which I have explained multiple times that I will not be here to receive & do not want sitting on my porch alerting strangers to the fact that I am out of town. I have now learned the hard way that it is easier to drive two hours to the nearest Soma and walk out with my purchase than deal with the nightmares of Third Loves idea of customer service. The customer service agents are nice however company policies seem to have their hands tied. I am now dealing with disputing the credit card charges and trying to unsubscribe from the endless stream of Third Love promotional emails that just send me back into a rage about their customer service.
I ordered two bras and a pair of underwear from this company. After returning one bra to try another size and then opting to return that exchange, I ended up in a long email battle trying to get my money back. Not only are these garments just OKAY, it is not worth the hassle of working with this subpar customer service. I think I'm out 60$ and have items I could have purchased at any department store.
So in the beginning of Third Love time, their customer service was superior to others and their products were amazing, then somewhere a couple years ago, things started to go downhill fast. The bras are NOT the same anymore. You can literally buy a generic bra at a big department store that fits and feels just the same, which is not saying anything at all. The sizing is all wrong now. And the customer service? Let's just say that my 4 month old puppy can do better. I sent something back, again, to them, and though USPS tracking showed it delivered back to them on 5/12/22, they claim that doesn't mean that they have it... well I'm not sure where they learned post office 101, but that's not how it works. In the meantime, I've had to file complaints with Afterpay for them to stop charging me because it shows delivered. And TL chat person, Chloe, says that it can take 20+ days for any credits to be issued... so wait, you take my money right away, you have the product that I returned with proof of the return delivery, and I still have to continue to wait? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I can understand a couple extra days, like 1-2, but 20+? In any case, not gonna happen again and I intend to spread the information loud, clear, and far to make sure people know not to buy there. On top of all that, why is a flimsy piece of fabric $70?

I tracked my tracking number after not receiving the shipped package for a while, and found out that the postal office noted that the house number wasn't found. I checked my order email again, and the correct address was submitted! (And I have still been receiving mails and packages to my address.) When I let Third Love know about my situation, they said that the package is being returned to the sender (as if I made the return myself). And I asked if the replacement can be sent to the same and correct shipping address, they replied (after the replacement package was sent out) that they would offer "shipping to the same address" as an exception, and if the package went missing, they can't provide "this" again. They are putting this type of logistical issue to the customer! I have never had a shipping issue saying the house number wasn't found before. Very disappointed. Will return the product. Won't buy from them.

We want to clarify that the reason we cannot send another replacement to the same address if multiple packages have an address issue, this is by no means to place any blame on the customer! The reason for this policy is that if the same issue occurs again, this tells us there is a problem with the shipper and they may not be able to fix it to successfully deliver to that address. This policy is in place to ensure the package is able to have a successful delivery and to see that product does not get lost in the mail. I used their fit tests. The bras I got had no support and were too small though labeled as the size I wear. I went and did a return. The label they sent me was a packing slip for inside of the box. No outside label for the box with a return address. I havectried live chat. I've tried email I just get a botvthatbis ignorant. The articles are no help. It says free shipping label bur then they don't email you one unless you want to resend it to your home address. No one has calback either. Either. Do not purchase from here. Also once you start the return process they only give you 2 weeks to get your refund otherwise they force a credit voucher on you

I ordered 2 sport bras and used their guidelines for fitting. These were sale items and it clearly stated all sales final. I received the bras and they were so small I couldn't possibly wear them. I contacted the company explaining that I did use their fitting guidelines and the guidelines were way off. All I wanted to do was exchange them for a better fitting size but they refused to work with me. I could see not wanting to exchange sale bras however the fault was with them for posting inaccurate fitting guidelines. Very disappointed with this company. Beware when using the fitting charts.

We thought it was very important to be as transparent as possible about the items being final sale, which is why we included this information on the product page for each item, as well as on the checkout page, and order confirmation email which you were sent after purchase. We also had several links on our website which linked to the terms and conditions for the sale.
We understand you did select your size based on the sizing chart provided, however, sizing is not an exact science, as all bodies are different, and we do try to make our size chart as accurate as possible. However, due to many sizing variables, it may not be perfect for all customers. We understand the disappointment you must feel by the items not fitting, and we will be passing your feedback along to our Leadership Team.
I placed an order, wanted to try two sizes in some styles. Decided to just stick with the T-shirt bra. Was going to wait until it became available in red again.
Mailed back my return and I am still waiting for a refund. A return should not take 3 weeks as I was advised when I reached out via email and text.
Now the status on their website says return cancelled! What a headache. Thanks god I used the credit card that will at this point just add a credit once they see from the return tracking number they received it 8 plus days ago.

Wish I'd read the reviews of this company before I made the mistake of purchasing from them. Their return policy won't let me return unused underwear because I opened the poly bag and the bra I purchased gave me a welt on my upper abdomen…and according to their policy, I'm stuck with it

I purchased a Classic T-shirt Bra, everything fit the way it was supposed to BUT, the straps on this Bra constantly fall down. This wasn't a cheap bra not worth the money I spent. I hate it. Save your money. I unfortunately didn't return it in time to get my money back.

Honestly I'm giving this business one star for my most recent customer service experience and the confusion they have caused me alone. Just to explain a little bit of my frustration, I placed my order on November 28th and I didn't really hear anything about it until December 1st when I was notified it had shipped out. A couple days after that i tried to track my package and on the website it still said that my order was processing and they would let me know when it had shipped out, even though I was already told it had. Confusing. I contacted customer support and they informed me that it could take about 4-5 days to be able to track it after it has been shipped out which is ridiculous but I was fine with it. Well it is now the 7th of December and I still cannot track anything, it still says on their website that my order is processing. This is my first experience ordering something from here and it's just not turning out that positive. I have spent all day today trying to get in contact with customer support and I've been told that some of they communication systems were down so I could possibly have to wait 48 hours for a response. Luckily I got an email response three hours later but to my disappointment once again, it was from an "AI Assistant" I was given a link to track my package though, and told "while it is taking longer than expected, it is on its way." I still see no expected delivery date though. The whole customer service aspect is a joke to say the least. I will almost positively never be ordering from this company again, not unless I get the bra and it's literally the best one I've ever purchased, but honestly judging from the other reviews I don't think that will be the case. This is my second time in a row trying to purchase a bra from an online company designed for bigger breasts. I personally think it's really sad that women who need bigger sizes they can't find in the stores have to deal with sketchy websites and things like this in order to try to find something. I called to get a refund for the three bras I sent back. Customer service stated it would be taken care of as soon as possible. That was April it is now November 30th.

I'm embarrassed that I fell for their marketing hype. The first red flag was when I couldn't find any measurements for bra sizes on their website. They have a ridiculous questionnaire regarding how your current bra fits that supposedly leads you to finding the perfect fit. Well, it doesn't work.
The 4 bras that I received from Thirdlove all were extremely tight around the band (too small) and way too loose in the cups (too big). I've read other reviews with the same complaints.
Then there is the company's absurd reliance on artificial intelligence and algorithms to provide customer service. It's beyond frustrating. It keeps looping you through the same FAQs over and over. If you have a question that isn't covered by one of the FAQs, you will never get a response from an actual person.
Refunds are processed by an outside 3rd party and take well over a month to process. I felt safe ordering from them because of their guarantee, but I would not have done so if I knew that they do not have an in-house customer service and return department. It shouldn't take weeks after receiving a returned product to process a credit card refund. The whole experience is extremely frustrating - they are NOT the "hard-to-fit" sizing solution they market themselves to be.

So bra shopiing in general is a pain. It's a great idea if someone can figure out fit online. So, my search continues. After the assessment I chose a bra based on thier recommendations. It arrived, it was too small. The chat with customer service suggesgted another size (duh) but they did not have the bra I wanted in the other size. I requested a refund and mailed it back the same day it arrived. 5 days later I checked the tracking it showed it was still pending delivery, that was odd because it's not very far from me, so I checked with them and sure enough it had arrived. I requested the refund online and was immediately offered a store credit, I ignored it because I wanted a refund. So, I was told the refund was issued. 9 days later still no notice about the refund. I contacted them again today and she said my refund had not been issued because of some mixup on their part. She told me it wouild be issued again today but it can take 2-3 more days for it to show up. Well, within 10 minutes I received the email of the credit from them and then PayPal sent a credit notice. So, I feel that this was too much work on my part for a bra that didn't fit and of average quality. Sorry Third Love

Horrible bras some where used, even worse was their customer service. I spent over 360.00! Nothing fit and the quality was sub par. Went to submit a return, the screen is locked stating that they weren't eligible for return. Used the online chat feature and was eventually sent an authorization and return label.
Once they received my return it took 25 days and a formal complaint to the BBB to get the funds released back to PayPal.
My advice is don't bother unless you live near a one of their stores. The return process is the worst I've ever seen with any business. They have great marketing which is what pulled me in. I will never purchase from them again. If you are waiting for a refund stay on them until you get it don't be stone walled or ignored use every tool in the box!

They do not follow through on commitments for delivery methods or customer service response. We have had two purchases. The first one was for a few bras for my wife and daughter. They liked the product so we made a large order close over $700. We should have had two day shipping. Based on their website orders placed before 10 am ship same day orders after 10, will go out next day. I didn't even hear on the order for three days. When I did hear, the email said they had changed delivery method to 3-7 ground shipping. No call to ask if that would work for our schedule or if we would like to pay for next day shipping. We were going to be out of town on the new day they decided to send product for delivery, and the order because it was large required a signature. Horrible communication and customer service. Still have never received a response from their customer service team. I will look for other options for my wife and daughter, unless they can somehow make their horrible service on this order correct.

I love how these bras fit (although the band size runs big, just order down). My big problem with them is that the strap elastic fails within a year—the lycra or rubber part seems to dissolve, leaving a thin, fraying, inflexible strap. The back hook and eye closure also wore out. I have many bras far older that never failed this way.

The expected lifespan of a bra is anywhere between 6 months to a year with most companies, due to the band usually having stretched out to its furthest point by then. However, if the bra is worn and washed more frequently, the bra’s lifespan will be shortened even more because the elastic is not given any time to recover from the previous wear.
That being said, all bras will begin to stretch after 2-3 months, and most will be wearable for 6-12, depending on the following factors: how often the bra is worn, how the bra is cared for, how the bra is stored between wearings, and if the fit was correct when purchased.

I purchased a bra from Third Love. I usually purchase Prima Donna bras and am used to a high quality bra.
I am very unhappy with the bra from Third Love. The first was not right that and yes I absolutely do know my correct bra size. The straps also slip.
THE WORST PART is that the side metal wire (under my arm, not under the breast) sticks into my side and is quite painful. Because of this I cannot wear the bra

I made a purchase more than a week ago, and have yet to receive confirmation of order fulfillment or shipping status. Tried to log into the site to check on my order, and the response I get, is that my email address does not exist, although they processed my payment!
Sent an email and received a note that CS will respond within 48-72 hours. Perhaps they take weekends off? This makes me very uncomfortable, wish I had looked at all the reviews before pulling the trigger.

Answer: They hounded me with marketing until I decided to try. They made impressive claims of comfort and fit. Not true.
Answer: I don't want to say they are a scam, but my gut tells me they do very sketchy things. I'm sure you eventually wind up with the product you purchase, but the quality of that item is questionable.
