Xochitl was very informative in explaining something as simple and inexpensive as renters insurance could be so valuable I'm a believer and I recommend everyone call Xochitl for a quote right now. She has the best rates out there!
This is the second time I have used The Zebra to find reputable Auto Insurance at a reasonable price. The first time, they found me a Full Coverage Policy for the same price I was paying just for Liability. This time they found me an Insurance Company that gave me the exact same coverage for $400.00 per year less than I was paying. Their employees were very professional and went above and beyond in doing their job. I highly recommend The Zebra as a Broker for your Insurance Needs.

My agent was Ms Daniela Vazquez out of Austin, TX, and she was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed very quickly. I searched for days and the Zebra DEFINITELY had the best rates. Delete that Jerry app people! Lol

So this was not my first time using the zebra this is why I chose to go back. The agent was setting up my policy was not paying attention and pulled all 6 months out at one time I was on the phone for over 3 hours then never could figure out how to refund my money and I eventually had to go to the bank and dispute it so now it's going to look like I tried to do a fortunate transaction with insurance so what I did is we insured our car with a whole another company this is ridiculous that's something you guys took almost $800 out of somebody's account and did not try to fix it.

I saw it had 4 stars rating, so I filled out the information, ends up the website just passes my information to other insurance companies. It is not a quote comparison that it advertised.

Zebra Quotation Service did not offer same policy coverage to compare with my current policy. Sucks!

I hooked up with zebra a little over a year ago. They switched me over to safeco to to save me money. The representative at safeco thought he was funny and acted like a while doing my policy. Then I switched vehicles, 3 weeks later I break down.
I called for roadside assistance and they said I didn't have it anymore. The incompetent rep that wrote my new policy took it off without telling me, no notification. So here I am stranded along the highway and safeco and zebra car insurance reps will not help period. I told the representative when I got the new policy I wanted the same coverage as before, and confirmed It had roadside assistance.
Yet here I am stuck on the road stranded.
Do Not trust zebra or safe co Insurance with your safety or your insurance Ever.

It took a few phone calls and questions Eventually things got done. Ask for your discounts, they will offer it voluntarily.

The Zebra collected all my information and sent me to four insurance companies' website without providing quotes. What's the point of collecting all my information and sending to the the individual companies website on which I have do all this all over again? Not going to use it again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Being a skeptic of insurance sites, I have to say that I wasn't expecting the exceptional experience I received when I first reached out. Juanita was patient, informative, and truly made me feel as if she was looking out for my best interest. I would definitely recommend The Zebra if all the representatives are as helpful as Juanita throughout the process!
They claim they make money from insurance companies, I don't believe it. Their goal is to funnel you into a hole and bleed you for personal information while each successive click strips away more consumer protection granting them and their "marketing partners" additional freedom to abuse your data.

I tried this website because of the excellent reviews and some online commentary. Our premiums for auto insurance with our current insurer had shot up despite our excellent record and no claims, But even with all the discounts, lowest coverage and bundling of home and auto insurance the lowest quote was at least twice as much as my current insurance, and the second lowest was three times as high! Disappointing, and I wasted time filling up all the information. How did they get such high reviews? Are these genuine?
