I have tried other similar companies in the past. Whiz was the easiest to get an estimate, easy process to send in and fast generous payout.

I was told that my phones were worth $155 each and could go as high as $225. Upon receipt and examination, Whiz Cells determined that the batteries in each were less that full strength and that one of the phones had a couple of minor nicks. The result was a reduction to $95 and $65 for the two. $310 down to $160—-pretty significant. The positive part of the experience was the speed and communication that they offered. I am to receive a check, so I hope the expedition of the funds will be quickly as well.

I expected to get more for the device than $30 based on the condition, but I would say that your process and communication was clear and professional.

Very quick service and seemingly fair price for IPhone 13 at $165. However, after review with battery at 81% the selling price reduction to $105 seems excessive based on AI query. Not worth going back & forth. Perhaps the battery status should be part of the selling process at the start.

I should have taken a picture of the device before mailing it in, but, my memory had it in good shape with no scratches on the front. But, the picture they sent of reviewing it showed ALOT of scratches on it, which doesnt seem right. Maybe scratched in shipment (althought it was bubble wrapped) or I am miss remembering. But, wasnt worth the effort to have them ship it back to me

It was just a few dollars less than the other guy but based on a prior experience last year with a different iPhone, the other guy did a bait and switch lowering the value of a product. The top notch service included the ability for me to schedule the usps pickup front my home the very next day. Talk about easy as pie! Upon receiving my iPhone, they processed my payment expeditiously and sent it to me like I requested. Wham, Bam, thank you man!

After a phone plan change. I had a spare I-Phone that was still in excellent condition, but I had no use for. Only feedback is the original quote for your phones could come in lower depending on how the grade them. If you select Good, there are different price points depending on the wear of the phone. Good news is if you don't agree with their pricing, they will send the phones back for free. Lastly, once I approved the quote, which was a fair price, I was paid through Venmo immediately! Great company to deal with…. A must if you want to sell or buy cell phones!
