One big fraud. Never managed to unlock my iphone 4S and they say they will give money back but never got it. Furthermore, my credit card was hacked after this transaction.
Don't say I didn't warn you.

Its easy to do, its cheap and its quick. You don't need to be an expert on phones or a tech genius to use the software, it's real simple. Switch your phone off, take your SIM card out, switch back on after running the app. When I got the email, I then got a pdf with easy instructions, this is because my phone couldnt be unlocked my code so i had to use the program. Then switch it, off then on again and itll pick up the new network. Done.

Terrible! Initially told me it could be done, then, having paid the money, receive an email effectively saying it could not be done. Went on ebay and it was done in 20 minutes. Avoid these guys like the plague. Have yet to discover if I get a refund or not.

Very impressed, although the code took longer than I had anticipated, hence the four stars. But it went through so I am happy to have the phone unlocked as cinglar were wanting an exuberant amount of money, almost as much as the thing is worth. So thanks unlock team and I would come back

SCAMMERS BEWARE!
Same as many others: took the money, could not unlock phone. No refund after they emailed me and said the refund would be 7-11 working days. 2 weeks has gone by. NO REFUND.
My master card has just been issued. Now I have charges for ebookers.ie taken from my account.

They told me my phone could not unlock, I asked for a refund in September. It is now December. Stay the hell away from this place.

I ordered an unlock code for my iPhone 4. The carrier it was locked to was AT&T which was gonna be really expensive to go through!. So I checked the internet to search for other unlocking sites. I found a lot of different places but decided to go for this one. I quickly ordered an unlock code and within a couple of days I got an email notifying me that my phone was unlocked and ready to go, there wasn't even a code needed. I went to put my new sim card in and it was now working with my phone. I was a real happy customer. Thanks unlockteam if I ever need another unlock code I'll use you!

Quite easy to do and fast. My Nokia was unlocked at the weekend, good site that works on a Sunday late at night. No issue with the code and entering it into the phone so all in all got to say I'm satisfied with a job well done thanks

I was very surprised with the ease of obtaining my unlock. I was able to find my phone make and model easily. I completed my payment although I didn't get a receipt and quickly contacted support who assured me the order was processing. My unlock went smoothly and quickly after that and best of all it was cheap! Thanks again for a really great experience and i have already recommended you to several of my friends!

Paid my money (twice, didn't realize the first time that the transaction went through). They couldn't unlock unlock the phone (they should have been able to, the phone was fully owned). Then they just made excuses for not giving me a refund on my credit card.

SCAM! Same as many others: took the money, could not unlock phone, and have a new excuse every week to explain why they can not refund your money.
Also, just a few days after the transaction, my credit card was cloned and fraudulous expenses charged to it.

My experience was a very good one, The code was delivered in one day and fully unlocked all sim features on my phone without any issue. A full recommendation from myself and a very good unlocking service

Wow, how easy was this! I've had to wait days to unlock a phone in the past and this was done in less than one day. An intuitive and easy to follow site helped the process, I understand they don't have a 100% success rate but all went well for me and I have an unlocked phone without being too much out of pocket. I would try them again when I need my next upgrade unlocking so I'll see you guys in a year I guess.

It is now illegal within the USA to unlock Phones purchased after January 26th 2013, if your phone was purchased after this date it cannot be factory unlocked
The IMEI number submitted was incorrect, please refer to your confirmation email to ensure this is correct

SCAMMER ALERT They said I could get my phone unlocked, I paid them, they then said sorry we cant unlock it. NO REFUND OF MONEY after they emailed me and said the refund would be 7 days. 3 weeks has gone by No contact. NO REFUND.
DO NOT TOUCH THEM. My master card has just been issued. Now this is the only company I have given my master card details too and now I have charges for ZOOSK.com taken from my account. AGAIN,,, DO NOT TOUCH THEM.

A superb service from this site, my code was delivered in a very reasonable time at a fair cost. All done via email and on par with some of the more expensive sites out there. Shame they don't do trader accounts or I would be doing far more business with them.

Total SCAM, do not waste your money on this site. Bought a code from them and payment was processed under a different name (Unlock Depot). When I sent them verification of payment they said it was not them. RIP OFF!

Fastest unlock ive ever had. A great layout and site and a great cost, make phone unlocking a whole lot easier than relying on our slow provider. Great job, hope you keep up the good work

I am more then happy to say that I am extremely satisfied and pleases with the service provided by The Unlock Team. My cell service provider told me 10 days to unlock my phone charging more than four times for such a small thing. The unlock team did it in less then 10 hours and in quarter of the cost.
