I recently used the unlocking company to unlock a iPhone that was stuck with T-Mobile. Unfortunately, it wasn't able to be located in the database, and an alternative option was provided. I'm assuming something to do with the Sprint to T-Mobile merge, as I have noticed two different IMEI numbers linked to all my lines. However, they were very communicative and very friendly. I would definitely recommend the service to others. When I emailed after they informed me of updates, they responded back the same day with extra advice-feedback. Great company. Process took 3 days which is well within the 1-10 days estimate.
Couldn't believe how fast the response time was! When I had questions they answered them immediately. I would definitely use their service again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Trustworthy, family run business.

I had to have my Samsung S20 unlocked from Sprint to be used with ATT. The primary method of unlocking didn't work, so they asked me if they could remote access my phone and PC to complete the process, I agreed.
The actual process went pretty smoothly. Instructions were clear and it took about an hour.
But when I went to the ATT store to get a new SIM card and join their plan, they said it was still locked to Sprint. They spent 30 minutes waiting for it to work, but it did not. I assumed that the unlocking didn't work, since many reviews claimed similar things. I ended up getting a new phone, new number, new plan, everything. I traded in my S20.
When I got home, I emailed the company and got initial resistance when I asked for a refund, the employee was being rude, but I was told that he was fired and then the owner of the company personally spoke with me, apologized for the employee's behavior, and issued a refund. I'm satisfied that I was at least able to get a refund.

Stacy we are responding to each and every email, you are saying the phone is not prompting for an unlock code, we are asking what sim card you are trying to use in the phone, and if the sim card is active. The sim card you are trying to use is the same sim card of the locked carrier, as stated in our instructions as well as in our email you need to use a sim card that is not from the original carrier to get the unlock code to prompt. Easy, simple fix
I will start by saying i came across this company on YouTube... well i looked them up and they seemed legit... i put in an order with them and my order took longer than expected so i got spooked and canceled my order... well i had to write this report because not only did they send the unlock codes that cost them more than i paid but they also refunded 15 back to my account for the inconvenience... thanks unlocking company

We had mistakenly inserted our old carrier's SIM card into our new iPhone13, and when we switched to our new carrier's SIM card a few days later, we discovered that the device had been carrier locked. Our old carrier at first blamed it on the new carrier, then simply refused to help us, as we had violated our terms of service by switching to the new device (probably true, but who knew?). Even high-level customer support from Apple couldn't remove the lock, including a hard factory reset, leaving us with an $800 paperweight. The Unlocking Company responded to our email within a matter of hours and, after investigating the situation for less than 24 hours, told us that it was safe to proceed with a request via their website. Again, less than 24 hours later, our device was unlocked, up and running perfectly with our new carrier. We have seen no indication of any problems a few days later. Their expressed commitment to customer service seems to be as genuine as we have seen from any company and we would highly recommend them to anyone caught in a similar situation.

My phone the OnePlus Nord N200 that I bought from a seller off of Mecri was completely network locked my metropcs and there was no way to unlock it. However, I came across H2TechVideos YouTube channel and they mentioned the unlock company on a way to unlock not only a OnePlus N100 but any phone including my Oneplus Nord N200. I paid around $74 (price differs by phone) and they were able to bargain with Metropcs to remove my phone from Metropcs and use the OnePlus Nord N200 with my mint mobile plan. We had purchased a brand new phone for my daughter. After purchasing, I decided to switch carriers. I decided not to activate the new phone and pay the extra money only to switch over just a few days later. Well, we tried to activate on the new carrier and since it had never been activated it was basically still locked to the old carrier. I got TheUnlockingCompany to unlock it and everything was smooth as silk immediately after. Did exactly what they said they would do. Thank you.

I don't know where the good reviews of this website came from, but my experience with them is terrible and totally a waste of my time, like other unlocking website. I paid my order on Dec 23,2021 and they promised to unlock my phone 1-12 hours with money back guaranteed, if I am not happy. After that, I contacted them many times through email, text and phone calls. No one ever got back to me. I highly suspect the business of unlocking a carrier-locked phone is totally a scam, because other websites also did the same thing. Now, I have call my bank to dispute this charge again. It is a scam, why nobody reported it ever to stop it?

In your order you put the locked carrier as AT&T, this caused delays in the unlock because the phone was NOT AT&T, as stated on the website we need the LOCKED carrier NOT the carrier you intend to use.
This phone was in fact region locked: Carrier: Open Egypt, and when asked what prompt appears so we can provide the correct unlock we never heard back
And the charge me 69.99 for nothing... My Sim card is from metro pcs I got my new phone on Amazon and they didn't unlock it...! I ask for my money back and now they not respond..
Hello Manuel Saca, unfortunately the phone was not MetroPCS in fact it was Samsung USA Open, which means it works with any USA based company, Your phone is not Metro it does not use Device Unlock app and your phone does not prompt for an unlock code, because we were provided incorrect information the payment was refunded, We do apologize for the inconvenience but when we are provided incorrect information it makes it difficult to unlock and why a refund was granted
I ordered an unlock code for my device for which they claimed would be available between 1-24hrs, it has now been 120hrs and there has been no more responses to my emails after 72 hrs. I have not received a refund either and they have not responded to my request for a refund.

I do sincerely apologize for not being able to provide you the unlock after such a long wait with no results, In my 7 years of running this company this is the first time we have had such a long continuous issue with one service. The internal Audit from the carrier as well as the release of the new phones and now a change in the unlocking policies for the carrier just this month has caused a perfect storm of issues as Carriers are trying to bottleneck the third party unlocking companies like ourselves from getting unlocks available and in a timely manner with the hope to deter companies from trying to unlock them. But we are persistent as well as our Suppliers and hopefully there will be more alternatives if the issue continues to hamper the productivity and success of companies such as ourselves.
Again we are very apologetic we had to refund the purchase and we really hate not being able to supply customers with the service they purchased. Should take 3-8 Banking days (Monday thru Friday, can take up to 10 banking days for international purchases) to appear on account. We will be getting the unlocks for your phone eventually and if your check back with us in 4-6 weeks we would be happy to check and see if they are available AND/OR we can put you in a email list so once a option for your specific phone is available you will be notified via email wth the price, time frame as well as success rate.

I submitted an application w/ credit card information. Did receive an email regarding my phone, replied to the email with the pertinent information & received an "unknown recipient" response. Contacted them via their website and never heard back. They advertise a result in 24 hours or less, that was four days ago. Nevertheless, they have been paid. I went to the original vendor of the phone and they fixed it for nothing and told me how they did it, for free.

On 9/4/21 I paid the 19.99 charge to have a samsung galaxy s20 unlocked. I received an email that stares 1 -48 hours I would receive the Unlocking instructions. As of today, 9/10/21, still no email with the instructions. I have sent an email requesting my money back, no response. Thus company is fraud.
