I finished the "Professional Network Specialist Course" with them recently and for the price, the support they offer is quite poor. The reading material is okay (quite a few mistakes in the practice tests though) but the tutor did not pay a lot of attention when talking about the subject and seemed like he hadn't read the course material I was given. In the beginning, I tried seeking help but constantly I was left more confused after talking to him than before so I continued studying on my own and passed the exams from the first try. Later I moved on to the job support they offer. It was pretty much the same. They didn't offer anything that a quick Google search won't provide, as the information about how to write your CV, cover letter and so on - they literally just sent me a word file with instructions I had already found online myself and that was it. Then, in a month and a half, they helped with job hunting by twice sending me an email with 5 links to 5 job offers and most of them were not really applicable to me. In the end, I am left feeling a bit scammed as their salesperson promised way more support than what they provided and for the money, I gave them for said "support" I probably could've paid for one or two more courses and certification exams.

Terrible experience. Was made to make a quick decision on whether I wanted to sign up to which I decided I would. Never regretted anything more! Don't sign up!
The tutor is rude and has no understanding of how to speak to students. Didn't have the relationship I would expect between a student and tutor. I was spoken down to a lot, every conversation was abrupt with no compassion towards me and how I might be feeling - not someone I would want to work with! They had come across really unprofessional. I was always left feeling worse after communication with my tutor.
The only professional experience I had which was good (although I never had the outcome I wanted) was with the complaints service - I guess they would need an excellent complaints service...
I have not been given the 2nd half of my course due to not finishing my 1st half in time (I've taken on the course elsewhere for free) however I wouldn't expect to have material withheld based on this! I'm now paying for a service I'm not receiving, although they have suggested I can pay for to extend the 1st term...

These scumbags are still taking £100 per month from me and have the cheek to say this... you never let me finish my course... you are robbing scum

I done there security ethical hacking course and relieved no help along the way never had any of there services and asked my tutor David for advice I was told to read it and read it again that's what I paid for thanks for that never had any help from there career or CV services and funny how the company doesn't have a customer services number so you can't complain then I study on my own the final video assent crashed loads of times and you have to restart from the beginning completed after about a week then comes to the exam I couldn't get the correct exam code then was told by David the best tutor ever that I had to sort it with comptia IT what the hell am I actually paying for avoid this company there only after your money

So, before the first national lockdown I was told I would receive an "free" extension to pass my level 3 PT as failure to pass before my cut off date was due to circumstances outside my control, (covid). A month into coming out of lockdown, I was assigned a slot to complete my practical. I took and passed my practical, to then be told I wasn't given an extension in the first place and now if I wish to continue, I'd need to pay for the extension. I was not and am not willing to pay for the very thing I was told I would receive for free in the first place, and especially after paying £3500. After completing my practical, a few emails being sent and confusing correspondence between myself and their office, I get told everything is fine, I've passed. I have been given a provisional certificate to prove I have been given the pass which was given by my tutor. 5 months later, I'm still waiting for my proper qualification certificate that once again I have been told I'll get, it'll take abit of time.

I signed up for teaching assistant course level 3 in 2019, but the login they gave me didn't work, when I rang, I was told to wait for another. Despite the fact that I routinely checked in and kept asking if I could actually access my course, I was fobbed off again and again and now I'm stuck paying their £1300 loan for a course that I have yet to even see.
You will spend your time chasing people up and trying to get hold of people while they try their best to ignore you.

They were advertising on a job vacancy site recruiting for a trainee physical trainer near to where I lived. The webpage said nothing more about the job and asked for my name, phone, email and I booked in a call for a call back. Turns out there is no such job. The fast talking salesman was actually just wanting me to buy a course from them. Incredibly dishonest marketing.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
This company offer flimsy qualifications that are ridiculously overpriced and absolutely no support to back it up. I enrolled on a Teaching Assistant qualification after being advised I needed it to become a TA despite the fact that I'm studying a full time Teaching Degree and was advised that I would be provided with career support and addtional qualifications that would enable me to work as a TA during my course. AT A COST OF OVER £1500!
The service was so bad the first time that I complained and got offered an entirely different course - clearly they had many complaints about the quality of the first one. The second one is so overly wordy it takes longer to complete one section that it does to complete multiple weeks of my full time degree.
There are so many other course and experience you can gain without wasting your time, energy and most importantly, ridiculous amount of money on this course.
£1500 to be a TA, no TA in the country even earns that a month to make that justifiable!
To add insult to injury I am now stuck paying for this because, despite having a shocking support team for the course, they're finance team are hot on reporting any missing payments and threatening your credit score so I have no choice but to pay it off.
Just to add for anyone who wants to be a TA, just go a volunteer in a school, I did 2 months of volunteering 1 day a week and I now work full time while completing my degree.

Having decided to pursue a career in teaching, I got interested in enrolling to the Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in schools course. I received a call from Rob Wilson who kindly and professionally guided me through the course description as well as the support available to me. Soon after enrolment, Amy Parkes, one of the Career Support Advisers, contacted me and warmly welcomed me to the programme, which made me feel valued. Soon after, my tutor Megan Ackrell got in touch with me. We had a most pleasant phone conversation where I really felt welcomed and motivated. She is reachable, and in regular contact with me. I am so far very pleased with the course layout. It is clear, informative and interactive. I previously did a level 3 Award in Education and Training course with Global Edulink, where I had to chase my tutor for guidance and feedback which I seldom received. Megan, my current tutor on The Training Room, is a breath of fresh air, and cannot praise her enough.

Constantly finding their fake Jobpost where at the end of it they are offering highly paid courses,,,,, Faking reviews and play the victims once people treat them to report them to the HRMC and already done it today;-)

Enjoy scammers, I hope you will get as many problems as you lure people during COVID19

Will take your money and offer little to no assistance. Always had to chase my tutor, he had even lost my exams. Complaints team couldnt have cared less and tried to sell me another course. Do not use this company if your panning on e-learning for sure. I have spoken with some PTs and all have said they know someone who had a bad experience with this company.

Update the reduced priced course they offered me was not actually reduced at all. Cannot be trusted.

I paid £1299 upfront for TQUK Level 3. This is a recognised qualification in England but NOT in Scotland. The Training Room are aware of this but do not disclose it. When I contacted customer services I was informed that it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to check this before I paid for it. As a good will gesture they offered me an extra certificate in anti bullying in schools which is not recognised in Scotland either. IF YOUR SCOTTISH I WOULD AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. I have been duped out of £1299. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU.

I enrolled with the Training Room to gain my Level 3 PT via the online learning. Luke my tutor was very good and supported me through out my course. I had 3 years to finish the course which really help as I had a car accident 6 months in to it which held me back for over a year and most other providers only give you 2 years.
I really did enjoying attending the CPD course as they was fun and Nick at the London Academy made me feel at ease when doing my exams.
