I purchased a iPad Air! It never arrived contacted Tablet hub they did reply and resent another iPad Air. When it arrived it was clearly second hand with another ID and locked. Contacted they responded asking me to return iPad at my own cost £11. If lost all confidence with tablet hub and asked for refund. Guess what they never reviewed iPad although signed for and told me to claim from Royal Mail SCAMMERS!

Ordered iPhone 8 came within 2 days was completely new with all accessories. Saved so much money and loved the support from the business.
Head phones and others accessories bought for my son and daughter-in-law for their baby. They are over the moon with it. It links to their phone and they can even take photos of their baby sleeping in his room while they're downstairs. Highly recommend, amazing value for money.
After being over charged by many other companies to repair my iPhone I went to The Tablet Hub whom quoted me a reasonable price! Repairs were done using genuine parts and within a good time frame. I will come to The Tablet Hub all the time now.
Brilliant & Impressive company!
I was kept updated & informed to make on every step till i received my item.The item was brand new, in great conditions, no issue and came as it should have. During Covid Lockdown I would understand if there was some difficulties with deliveries however the delivery was on brilliant. I dont get why there is negative reviews unless they dont understand there is a Global Pandemic which can affect all business especially Small to Medium so have some understanding and empathy. I will continue to buy from small to Medium businesses which will support them during the Global Panfemic. Lets help all Small to Medium size businesses during Lockdown. As the result of a recommendation from another school mum, I ordered two iPads for my boys to access home school work which is increasingly being set online due to COVID. Both arrived together, in the timeframe expected and in the condition as advertised (new).
Three months on and both tablets continue to work as they should.
Dubious of the negative reviews on here as several of the school parents have purchased tablets from the Tablet Hub without any issues and continue to recommend. I will definitely purchase again in the future.
