I ordered a star poster for a wedding shower gift. It came promptly. Upon closer inspection, I noticed some slight smudges and marks on the poster itself. The framing and packaging were perfect. Unfortunately, rather than going to the shower empty handed, I had no option but to give the bride her gift. As I said the smudges were slightly noticeable, so I went ahead and gave it to her. A bit of a dilemma to say the least. I notified Starposter and received a new, perfectly framed poster. I will give it to the happy couple and let them decide where to showcase it. I am very happy with the service I received. They were very accommodating and quick in their response. I only gave the four stars because I wish I didn't have a problem with the first one. My advice is, if you're ordering a poster as a gift, give yourself plenty of advance time in case you have a similar situation. But I'm sure this was an exception not the rule of this operation. Thanks for the great service.
