The shopping experience was good.very easy to design what you want. However, need to work on packaging better. I spent the extra money to include the frame, which I received broken and glass/plastic part was dirty!

Purchased what was started to be one size got much smaller product showed receipt that stated the size I purchased and got told they wouldn't help out with my $#*! Xmas as their $#*! up ruined wife's xmas. They admitted to the size being incorrect in email to only later in email backtrack and state inches as the only size. When I asked for my money back they told me that the products are personal and that couldn't be done. Very disappointed with the response from "customer service" as they seem to mock me as they choose. If this post makes 2 people not purchase this product it's do its job.
