Today is August 26,2021. On August 11,2021 I ordered 200 poker chips. Of course my credit card was immediately charged. Last week I left a voice mail message. This week their phone is disconnected. I left many emails of which all have been unanswered. Looks like a HUGE scam to me! DO NOT ORDER FROM ThePokerDepot!
Product is OK, I wish I could say the same for their customer service. Very slow in responding to emails, no one answers the phone calls.
Really liked my chips. The images are clear and easy to read. Chip have weight to them and feel sturdy. Proud to issue them to clients, which enjoy them as well.
Placed an order end of June with a 6 week back log. Contacted them in August and was told first two weeks of Sept. Contacted them again early October and was promised a refund. Now it's December and no chips, no refund and no response to email or calls.
Stay Away!

I you'll read this before deciding to place an order with The Poker Depot. They have misleading information on their website and ignore all forms of communication if you try to contact them. It has been three weeks and I am still waiting for my refund. Please look at their information on the BBB before deciding to do business with them. You can review several complaints made in the last year alone. Do not become a victim of this company.
