On 04/25/2020 I made a purchase with momchips for 29$ in the form of Bitcoin I I received and email confirming my order and they would get in touch when they received payment. And I haven't heard from them since. I don't not recommend

So the words 'professional' and 'customer service' don't generally come to my mind when I think about websites selling virtual items, but that is what you get here. I've visited multiple times and dealt with 2 or 3 different people on their chat and have been happy with how polite and professional they were, in addition to taking the time to explain things I didn't understand about the process.

Since I started buying at momschips my money goes a lot farther as I'm able to get many times more chips than I would in the game for far cheaper. The lady on their chat was kind enough to provide me with a new one and loaded the chips into it.

Two thumbs up for always getting me what I need in the game. I bought a high level FB account with chips already loaded in it for like 1/10th what it normally costs. Alice and Nicole from their live chat are incredibly helpful and always go the extra mile.

Not even 24 hours after the transfer Zynga suspended my account and took all but 1 million from me! Talked to Momschips and they said it was my fault, because how I played... kicker is I only played 5 minutes at a 100 mil table... Idk how my playing had anything to do with it. They didn't offer a warranty or a replacement. Glad I only did $6 option... Only giving 2 stars because at least they transferred the chips, but not worth it at all.

Tom is the biggest scamer in chips bussiness, took 500 dollars from me and gave on few bil nvr got the rest. I wud never belive him, i knew him for years, big scammer tom is

Pleasantly pleased with my experience here. Prices were very cheap compared to in game prices and 5 mins later chips were in my account - no mess no fuss. Looks like some haters are posting 1 star reviews here (competitors?). I bought 4 times and each time I left happy, the gal on their chat was a gem and so polite. Cheers!

I'm very happy with my experience with momschips.com - After I sent payment I had the chips transferred to my account in a few minutes. The woman on their live chat took the time to answer all my questions in detail before I decided to purchase, instead of giving me one word answers like I was getting from other sites. I decided to buy from them because of their great customer support.

Of all the sites I've purchased chips from over the years, they are my favorite. The staff on their chat is exceptionally helpful and their payment and delivery process is streamlined and fast.

Friendly and professional staff. While they probably aren't the cheapest site out there, I'm willing to pay a tiny bit more considering how easy they make the process. I've dealt with half a dozen other sites to feed my gaming addiction and buying chips from them was frustrating at best, not to mention I had my account reset a few times. Since finding Momschips I've had no issues or complaints. Cheers to the woman on their chat that is always so friendly and took the time to explain everything to me.

I was a sceptic so only bought 10bill chips via PayPal just in case it wasn't legit. I provided my fb login details and within minutes the chips were added. I changed my fb password straight after as advised and couldn't be happier. Smooth transaction and the online chat rep was very helpful. A+++++ rating for sure mate! I was sick of spending a few 100 a month to Zynga so I tried this out. Thanks again! Will def purchase again!

I purchased chips and had them transferred into my Facebook account in a few minutes, I wasn't counting but it seemed like 3-5 minutes.The entire experience was very streamlined, they offered a number of different payment methods and the person I spoke to on live chat (Anne?) was very patient and thorough in answering my questions about the process of buying chips. All in all it was a good experience.
