I bought chips and arranged the transfer by talking to their staff on live chat and got what I paid for. They probably aren't the absolute lowest priced site but I wasn't about to order from a shady Chinese site to save a whole $2. Not sure why there are negative reviews here it sounds like they're from angry folks who had their orders canceled because they didn't want to complete the security check to verify their identity. Go buy in the game for twice the price then I guess.?

I chose not to believe the negative reviews I saw and got screwed. Upon visiting the site the chat box was open and I was able to talk to "clint" as soon as I purchased the chips the chat closed immediately... I then got a email with a receipt but no instructions from empire services, so I decided to call the company at the number *******048 and it just goes to voicemail. I also sent a few emails and no response. I contacted my bank and will get the money refunded, and also got a new card sent to me. I can only blame myself for being stupid enough to trust the company despite the reviews.

Great site to get chips for facebook poker much cheaper than in the games. The transfer isn't instant as it takes about 5-10 minutes but it's well worth the money you save.

I bought four times from momschips, once was a small amount of 250 million and then later when I got more addicted I purchased 2b and eventually 5b. I only had to wait more than 5 minutes for my chips one time, which was admittedly partially my fault due to my poor net connection at the time, otherwise I have no complaints. They have prices far lower than other sellers and I would recommend them. Live Support is very friendly and accommodating. Cheers.

I read positive reviews here and decided to take the plunge. As soon as I complete the payment using my international debit card, a chat box appeared in the bottom right. I entered my order number and asked when I will receive my chips. The first message I received from them the next second told me that I have been reported to FBI for fraud. I asked why, and they said it's because I am ordering from a different country to where my card was issued from. Hello? Isn't that the whole point of an international debit card, that you can use it anywhere in the world? Jeez. Maybe you should verify whether it's really my card before jumping to report me to FBI and causing me so much hassle. What a bunch of scamming thugs. DON'T BUY FROM HERE.

Firstly, I bought from this business 3 or 4 times. Never a single issue. Matter of fact, we had a small issue and the guy went past closing time to take care of it. Definitely a satisfied customer.
Yes, the first time you use them, they ask for a picture of your ID (and something else, I forget what) to verify your identity and make sure you're the owner of the card. Jerri person up there with the negative comment, if someone stole your credit card and tried to use it, wouldn't you want them to verify it? Not many places do that at all, and that's why credit card fraud is so high. So yes, it's to keep scammers away... not from THEM, but keeping YOU from being scammed.
Lastly, the app that they have you download, is so that they can take remote access of your computer, it's really neat to watch them work actually. They use 4 or 5 accounts at the same time, and it looks so legit. They know what they're doing and they do it so fast when they control your mouse. Good way to keep from being banned for it. This was my first time buying chips. I paid using PayPal, which I have used for hundreds of online purchases.

What they don't tell you on their website is that you have to download google chrome and another app just to talk to them about getting your chips. Then they tell you, you have to give them a picture of yourself and your license to get your chips.

They said they need to protect themselves from scammers. They told me that the only people that have a problem with their policy, is scammers.

I am not a scammer and do have a problem with their policy. I am offended that they would even say that to me. ONLY stupid people would give them a photo of themselves and their drivers license, especially after using PayPal to make the purchase.

SO, to all you out there, if your stupid enough to pay via PayPal, download two apps, take a picture of yourselves and Drivers License, then send it to some person you don,'t know, this is a good site for you.

If you are intelligent and are concerned about identity theft, this is not the site for you..

Bought 500 million chips and they delivered them fine no issues, had a good experience overall. You guys should consider accepting Paysafe cards though in addition to credit and debit.
