The flag was delivered and exceeded our expectations. The quality is beautiful. This was a gift for a colleague who just became an american citizen and she was so touched by this. My ONLY feedback is the little plaque that we ordered with a message to her couldn't really go anywhere on the frame because the frame is curved not flat. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who was looking for an item like this.

Ordered a box from Amazon which said would fit the flag. It was way too small. I went online and found this store ordered the box and it came within days and the flag for perfectly and looks so nice. I gofted my nephew his dad's military flag I received when he passed and it was so appreciated. He cried when I gave it to him. Thank you for your craftsmanship
Items were listed as 2 1/2 inch Medallions but sent 2 inch stick on cheap ones. Took several toys to resolve issue, finally challenged the charge with my card company to get a refund. I did return the wrong ones. Never again will I order from this company.

After receiving your order, you contacted us, and we upgraded you—at no additional cost—to a higher-end medallion as a courtesy.
Despite this, you chose to dispute the charge with your credit card company. According to our records, the upgraded items were never returned to us. This means you received a free upgrade and a full refund, which is both disappointing and unfair to our small business.

The flag display for my husbands military flag was perfect size with beautiful workmanship. Worthy of displaying my husband's flag.
This site ships items from Amazon for multiple times the Amazon price. Save yourself money and order directly from Amazon. Also, The Military Gift Store says their products are Made in America. The item they shipped from Amazon was made in China. In addition to a flag case I also ordered a small personalized engraved name plate. It's $5 on Amazon and I paid a lot more than that from the Military Gift Store. And why would there be so many 5-Star reviews from people in India on this site? Clearly fake reviews. Do not shop here.
I ordered a cherry case with etched glass. I received a plain black wood case with plain glass. So this company thought it would be acceptable to cheat a new widow of an American service member!

The flag holder I ordered with the USMC insignia on it for my husband's flag is beautifully crafted and was shipped very quickly. The engraved plate arrived shortly after and is very nice.

This vendor needs to CLEARLY state that your product will be in the hands of the USPS and not UPS. There is a massive difference. I ordered a flag and display case and paid an extra $229 for TWO DAY delivery. Well, here we are THREE DAYS LATER and the package hasn't even been delivered to the POST OFFICE for delivery. I paid the extra to have the flag for graveside presentation. It hasn't even made it out of the vendor's shop. This is not the way to treat veterans or their families at their most vulnerable.
The military memorial flag case I purchased is beautiful! Beautiful cherry wood with my dad's name and Army emblem. Beautiful way to protect the flag that was given to me at my dad's funeral. I will always cherish it.

We explained—both via email and over the phone—that the item you received matches your original order and payment. A custom-engraved glass is a different product at a higher cost, and was not part of your original order.
To avoid any confusion, we even sent you a copy of your order, showing exactly what was purchased and fulfilled. Unfortunately, rather than acknowledging that the order matched what was placed, you insisted that we replace it with a different product that was not ordered or paid for.
