Still waiting on it to be delivered. Ordered and says it was shipped March 7. I have not received any updates on where it is
I ordered a custom flag display case, picked out the engraving, and paid for it, only to receive an email from the company that the manufacturer had gone out of business and it was not available. I requested a refund for my order, which of course takes 3-5 business days to receive. Poor management of the website to continue offering discontinued products.
Placed an order, then had order cancelled and told to reorder to an issue with order. When I went to reorder the cost of item had increased $25. Was told it was shipping but it wasn't. I hadn't even gotten to the shipping part of my order and the price had already increased. Was told to order it from their other shop but the price there was even more expensive. Ultimately found it online at another shop for less and free shipping.
Beautiful wooden display case. I can hardly wait to display my husbands flag and Army metals. The size is large but will hold everything.

BUYER BEWARE! This Military Gift Store is a BS CHINESE company. I thought I was ordering American Made Military items from an American Company. Placed an order on 21 June thinking it should only take a week or two to get it. Once I started checking on it I found out it was a Chinese company and of course it's on the "slow boat from China". It's now well over a month since I placed an order. I've tried to cancel multiple times but have gotten no where. I'm making complaint with CC company to dispute this order. Doubt that will do anything. I am sick of placing orders thinking I'm buying American only to find out it's coming from China. So much for consumer protection in the USA.
I purchased this display case to showcase my dad's military honors. I am impressed with the engraving and the quality of the wood. I highly recommend this product.
Ordered shadow box. Was told it would ship by aug 4, today is 8th and still waiting to hear it shipped. Tried reaching them by email and no response.
The flag case was exactly what we ordered. No surprises and despite the note that it could take a while to arrive (particularly since we are at a DPO address), it arrived undamaged within two weeks. Amazing experience. I highly recommend the Military Gift Store.
