I bought credits or at least I attempted to. I paid for credits through PayPal. After that I received e-mail that said I had to go to live chat on their site so we would talk about delivery. I went to chat and I talked to their operator. First she asked me for my payment e-mail and character name. After that she asked me to e-mail them with my character name because maybe they should make a confirmation before first time trade. I did that. After that she asked me to repeat my character name again like I'm mentally ill. Then she asked me for my phone number, which I refused to give, and told her that any kind of question she can ask me on chat. Then she started to question me about personal things and asked me for IMVU username and password so they could put credits on my account. Even I knew it is obvious scam I gave her because I didn't have credits on my account. When I asked when I'll get my credits she told me that they have many orders and she doesn't know exactly. I have been buying credits from DevCredits and AnsheX and by the time I paid for it, I received them instantly. Next day I went to their live support and explained everything again and the other operator started to ask me the same questions that previous did. I told her that I wont let them to deceive me with false promises and she kept saying me again and again that I will get my credits. After that I told her that I will sue the for fraud because meanwhile I was reading negative comments about that scammers. I threatend them to contact PayPal so they offered me refund. I reported them to PayPal and they gave me my money back. If you want to avoid headaches and stress, I recommend you to avoid them at all cost.

I ordered 100k + 10% credits off my debit card using paypal at a GREAT deal price $36.58 (I got 110K imvu credits). It took a good 7 hours for me to get the credits. At first I was very skeptical of the site especially after reading these reviews but I paid prior to reading the reviews here. I am a bargain credit shopper (bargain anything really). To me it didn't matter as long as I got the credits within the first 24 hours... and I DID (about 7 hours). The people on their phone line do have an accent. But their chat was fast. I did decline giving my IMVU password so they sent my credits in increments from different SNs (they never went into my account) I only gave them my SN and email/phone (plu whatever is done on paypal). Either way I got my credits contrary to all the other reviews I see here as in terms of the site. Pros CHEAP, DO GET CREDITS Cons TAKES MORE TIME THAN SOME OTHER SITES, DIDNT EXPLAIN WELL HOW CREDITS WOULD BE GIVEN AHEAD F TIME WHICH LEAD ME TO BE SCARED FOR HOURS... All together I am happy I got my cheap credits and wasn't a scam.

I have been waiting for my credits for 4 business days and still have not received them spoke to numerous agents on their support system and they keep on denying of either receiving a payment when you clearly know that paypal deposited the funds in their account before pulling it it off you're credit card. They wanted me to make an additional payment through western union when they were notified that no such place they then began to ask for username and password for the account you are using to make it look legitimate. To apply the purchased credits into the account it has been an ongoing battle for 4 business days and i did not receive anything yet and they keep on saying the same thing our supplier is offline and will not be able to give you what was paid for. I have purchased 100k credits but in the end i still did not get them my creator status paid the price and they kept my money and they are fraudulent company,

I was attempting to purchase imvu credits. After purchase, they asked for my password so they could 'farm' the credits to me. I made a new account and gave them the details for that, ask suspected, they changed the password and the pasword for my fake email account. When I questioned them they told me I was delusional and must have forgotten the password, not only two seconds after I had given it to them. They were rude and barely spoke a word of English. Told me I had mental issues.

Many people have complained about this website, that it is a scam, i only realised that hours after i bought imvu credits, even the customer services phone number is unregonizable. Here are some prof that this happening:
