We needed to order new foam seats for our pop up camper and I am so glad we were recommended by someone who has done the same. I must say we were very pleased and rather surprised at how the quality was very good and well worth the money! If we need anything foam related, we will recommend and order again!

I needed an odd sized mattress for my motor home.The lady I talked with on the phone was very helpful. Arrived just as expected, fit perfectly. I was glad to also get a zippered cover for it as well.
I was trying to customize a large box for my watches, and needed some type of foam to display them and keep them protected. This was the best site that I could find with many size options. The order process was easy and it arrived on time.
My application is sound dampening in a 57 Bel Air restoration. Material worked in my application perfectly compared to those advertised at 7-10 times the price. Customer service was good with complete communication from beginning to end. Know your product and your application and you won't be like some of these one star whiners.
Horrible, horrible company with unacceptable customer service.
If only I had read all the angry reviews online BEFORE ordering from them... (Don't trust the 5-star reviews - apparently this company employs a practice of paying people to write flattering reviews.) Also goes by the name FoamByMail and maintains a separate website for that name.
I bought two pieces of foam from them recently. Shipping was slow, and when I finally received the product, the thinner 1/4" foam sheet was damaged along the entire edge, and the thicker 1 1/2" piece was so hard and old, that a simple thumb pressure test remained in the foam without bouncing back.
A return and refund request was very poorly handled. Linda, the customer service rep, insisted on a 25% restocking fee and paid shipping by me - which would have cost $60, plus the $20 restocking fee - exceeding the total price I paid of $75.
No amount of negotiating or reasoning had any effect. I guess Foam by Mail doesn't value their customer happiness. Or their customers.
Avoid at all cost!

I ordered replacement foams for my sofa and love seat cushion online@ Foam factory. It was very simple. Just measured the size as mentioned in their web site and placed the order online. Received the foam well protected and compressed. It took only few hours for the foam to restore its original size. It was exactly cut to the order and of very good quality. I've purchased multiple foam mattress toppers online and in local stores, the quality was never great and they never lasted too long before breaking down. The first time I ordered from these guys I found the price was better and once I received the foam I could immediately tell it was far superior to what I had received from other sellers in the past. When I needed another topper for my kids room, it was a no-brainer to order here again. Shipping was quick both times and the prices were very competitive. I am Very happy with both of my purchases!
I found this site on the internet, we needed some affordable foam, but they cut to size and cover if wanted. My product was at my home quickly exactly as ordered. What is even better is they beat ALL other foam prices I found, and they cut the foam for me. I would use them again in a heat beat! You have got to check out there easy to use website! Searched hi and low for pick n pull foam that I could afford. Any Foam that I could afford for that matter. Found these guys based only on price but their website and order form were user friendly and the order was exactly as advertised.

I bought a 12-pack of 12" x 12" x 2" pyramid acoustic foam. To make an inexpensive home "recording studio" for recording voiceover/ADR, I built a small, acoustically isolated chamber in which to put the USB microphone. I lined the inside surfaces of a plastic milk crate with the foam panels, then put the mic inside. It worked great for deadening ambient noises--and I have foam to spare so my friends can build sound isolation chambers too. The product is as described and the delivery time beat the company's estimates.
