I have sent emails over two weeks ago and no one has replied.
Also my certificate expires on 17/02/2023. However I can only book dates upto 31/10/2022. I need someone to reply to my emails and communicate with me. Why can't I book beyond October when my certificate expires in February 2023

My first contact with TFG staff convinced me to sign up for the lifestyle experience. Mr Hamed Kandil and his senior manager Mr Bradley Magison were exceptional in explaining the details of the package and what I could expect.
