Our recent stay in Dubai from 1 to 21 August with my two daughters was simply outstanding, thanks to First Class Property Management. The exceptional experience began well before our arrival, with professional and detailed correspondence from Mr. Ghina, Concierge, and the attentive support of Mr. Rasheed, Guest Experience Manager.
Upon arrival, Mr. Rasheed personally welcomed us at The LOFTS Central, showed us the apartment, and ensured we felt immediately comfortable. The apartment itself is in a prime location, just steps away from Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, truly the best place to stay.
Throughout our stay, Mr. Rasheed was always available and, on the few occasions we required assistance, he responded promptly and with great professionalism.
With over 20 years of experience as a University Professor in Hospitality Management and a background working in prestigious hotels worldwide, I confidently rate this experience as excellent. Seeing how much my daughters enjoyed every moment made the stay even more special.
Though I have visited Dubai many times, this was my first experience with First Class, and from now on, I will recommend and choose them whenever possible.

First group is a very professional outfit. It was a wonderful experience right from my introduction to First Group at the airport. A ride by some superb taxis from my hotel to the presentation and then back to my hotel. All the people I met along the way were very professional. Unfortunately at this stage I was not in a position to purchase.

The service agents were very helpful and explicit navigating through the areas of concern and answered questions in simple understandable fashion. In the end we knew better how to make an informed decision

This is the biggest time wasters in Dubai. Someone random said that you are lucky to get a 100 AED food voucher and all you have to do is to go to a place and give feedback. But in the end, we were wasting time with a sales person to invest in an apartment or something like that.
