Easy to order and fast delivery. Even yhough these were listed as 'kids' sheets we bought them for our adult bed. The only think that would make them better would be if the fitted sheet had a abel insside so you know where the top or the side of the sheet is. I will be back!

Easy organization to shop with... the filters actually work. Items are clearly described in an "easy to get information format" For example, flitered for flat sheets, then flannel. And that's what I got to see!
Also there were not any distracting attempts to lure me into buying "related"that weren't truly related.

The down blanket which I ordered was described on the Company Store website as being 100% down.
When I unpacked it, it seemed extraordinarily heavy ( I have been sleeping with down quilts and blanket my entire life!) so I read the attached label. It indicated that the blanket was 75% down and 25% feathers. I assumed this was a packing mistake and I called customer service. The rep told me the following which is entirely false. She said since it was not entirely down, the label was required ( by some licensing agency) to disclose what it is truly made of. It should have been advertised honestly.
I have been looking for a down blanket since the end of last winter, and have found numerous website ads ( and in store offers) which indicate that the quilts and blankets are 75% down and 25% feathers, (at much lower prices than the one I ordered from you)consequently I didn't buy anything I saw. I was thrilled to see a blanket which was indicated it was 100% down and ordered it immediately. I knew that The Company Store had a good reputation ( I have bought other things from you) and was glad to see this blanket.

The towels came in a short amount of time. The towels have required several washes to do away with lint on our bodies. Husband loves the softness of the towels!

I should start by saying I wanted good quality cotton, so I ordered supima cotton towels and a bath mat. Both items are excellent quality. The towels are the softest and fluffiest I've ever owned.
