This website advertised a percentage off my first order of I signed up for emails. Then it has me sign up with my phone number as well. Once I received my coupon code, the coupon was only good for fun priced merchandise. This is very misleading and manipulative advertisement and I will not shop from this website again because of it.
Offering 20% off your first order for giving the company my email and phone number and then the code only being valid for full priced items is extremely misleading. I likely won't recommend this website and likely won't use it again.
My friend, who is a long time customer of yours, gave you very high reviews of the products she buys from you. When I was her houseguest, I mentioned how nice her towels and sheets were and she said that she always purchased them from The Company.
Recommended by good friend and I had already commented on her wonderful linens. Too soon to say until I get my own products!

Ease of ordering, good pictures to help better choose item, quality products

Great selection and reasonably priced compared to other stores.
I purchased a wool comforter after purchasing and returning many others from Amazon. None of them were near the quality of the one from The Company Store. Despite other company comforter fill power being the exact same... only the one from the Company Store was fluffy, a nice heavier feel without being hot. Well worth the tiny bit of more money it cost compared to the other companies. Will come back and buy again!

Haven't put the cover on my bed yet. Ordering was efficient, delivery was a bit slow. My past experience with Company Store product is that they are of high quality and long lasting. Hoping this one is the same.

I like these tiles very much. The color is true to what I saw online. They are not the thickest towels, but I find when towels are too thick they do not dry easily. For my purposes, these are great. I would definitely order them again.

In general, I think your website is pretty easy to shop at. But I was buying a bath towel set that was shown in the picture is having a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloths. But after I clicked on it, they said I was actually buying only concluded the bath towel in the hand towel. That's OK with me, but it might not be with other people who anticipated receiving the wash glass also.
Found the perfect down alternative blanket. I love the bedding from The Company Store. I have never been disappointed with my purchases.

Wasn't finding the same matching color towels vs bathmat. But other than that I loved the styles.
I purchased 3 sets of Egyptian cotton towels and 3 bath mats. I loved the towels and blue bath mat were gifts for a new bathroom remodel for my daughter. However the bath mats I ordered for myself were not the color depicted online so I returned. I was not happy to have to pay $4.95 for each item after I spent so much money on my order.
My daughter just renovated her bathroom and the sale was amazing for her new towels and rug!

I looked everywhere for the towel color, pattern and size my sister wanted as her housewarming gift. Nothing was right! Then I searched a little deeper and found that The Company Store had exactly what she wanted! She is SO pleased with the lovely blue and white floral towels I purchased for her. She says the quality is awesome, so plush and soft and absorbent. They may have cost more than the common towels you might find just anywhere... but it was SO worth every penny! Your website is a little jumpy and lags a bit. I wish you sold matching wash cloths separately to match the hand towels I bought. Otherwise, good experience.
