After watching a comforter come and go I finally ordered it, only to get an email cancellation of comforter but not the shams! Shams arrived, honestly didn't need them obviously but I was made to pay for return shipping which is wrong! Very disappointed

You sent me a code for 15% off my order, and did not apply it. I could not find out why. And the item is backordered. It' is kind of expensive.

Everything was fine except that I do not want anyone being able to "see" my CVV code, however, your site showed it instead of automatically encrypting it... what if Russia or China are watching? Hide it, please.
I had procrastinated about changing bed pillows until I woke up with an allergy and realized I must have dust mites. So I ordered two sets of pillows and covers for them. They arrived fluff and clean and beautifully packaged. And the shipping box served as a good way to dispose of the old ones.

I became aware that I needed to replace some pillows (dust mites) but the pillows were expensive even on sale. Today I returned and found some less expensive ones and covers. I suspect the frustration I experienced was caused by shifting stock during the sale, but I found it frustrating.
I was looking for t-shirt type sheets and found just what I wanted at the Company Store. The sheets washed well and are of good quality. Soft and comfy, just like my favorite T-shirt!

Found what I wanted, placed the order and DONE! Very quick when the company has what you want.
Wanted a quality DOWN comforter and put that as my search parameter. I saw a lightweight one. I looked at the pics and saw one with a container of white feathers. Since my current comforter is spitting black feathers I ordered that comforter. It was a down alternative comforter, which I do not want. I was told I can send it back, pay a minimal amount and get my down comforter. Being housebound with lung issues, that was just too much. It arrived later than anticipated, but when it came I decided I'll just keep the inferior fake down comforter. Either study the descriptions or buy somewhere else!
Bought a down comforter recently and it was full of dark feathers that kept poking out - but not for long as they came raining out! It was indeed cheaper than your comforters, but not worth the lower price!
This quilt has nice rich colors, brighter than in the photos which was a nice surprise. This quilt is thinner than the usual ones from The Company Store but surprisingly warm. I hope this one lasts as long as the last one we purchased from TCS especially with 4 cats making muffins on it all day.

I have bought my bedding and bath supplies from The Company Store now for over 20 years. Every product that I've bought is very good quality, and I still have towels that are over 15 years old. The bedding is top quality as well. My guests always compliment me on the pillows and bedding! And as usual, the pillow I brought is very comfortable and exceeds my expectations. I do not shop anywhere else for my bedding or bath.

All the products that I have bought with The Company Store are outstanding, excellent quality.
I ordered items for a baby's room, but one item sold out and they shipped the other items before I could say I do not want an incomplete set. A fee is charged to restock each item which is frustrating.

Like description of each article with needed measurements
I received 5/6 items ordered. Those I got are fine. Good quality, as expected, etc. the item that didn't arrive was the main item I ordered. It was a gift for my wife. After the order went through & was paid for I waited two days for confirmation. I then received a message apologizing to say this item was out of stock. No money refunded to my account yet & no gift. Not impressed The Company Store.
I started checking out on my cell phone but was repeatedly unable to access the payment option. I had to move to my laptop & am finally finished now. Kind of a pita if you ask me.
The color of my towels and bath mats were exactly as they were portrayed online. The customer service and website were very good.

Answer: It has been easy to get hold of customer service and eventually worked out multiple problems. Let me add, their were too many problems to continue doing business with the company.
Answer: Legitimate company. My first time ordering, but I’ve found my sheets to be the best quality. Customer service resolved a shipping issue, immediately!
Answer: Not only that, but return labels are much cheaper than paying retail USPS charges. Never shopping there again.
