I enjoyed the web site, but had some questions, so I called customer service and spoke with a woman who definitely knew the products and helped me with the purchase. I ordered one comforter for my twin size bed XL and she was right that it would fit well. I received it two days later and have been using it and like it a lot. It is light weight, warm enough,. But not hot.

Our king-size mattress is 13" thick, and the sheets are too big. The company store does not it seems offer options for mattresses of different depths. They are otherwise nice sheets.
When specifically looking for KING sheets, the interface keeps changing to another size.
The comforter and shams that I ordered arrived on time, as promised... beautifully packaged, and in perfect condition. They were everything I was hoping for. The color, as shown on the computer screen, was absolutely exact. If I have a "regret", it's that I couldn't find a bedskirt with a 14" drop to coordinate with it! (If anyone at Company Store has a suggestion, let me know!). The quality of the items are top-notch... so, so pleased!

I bought a bedskirt and matelasse bedspread probably 10 or more years ago from you, and it still looks brand new! Loved it then, still love it, but it's the wrong color -- (and I didn't want to tackle dying it the right color!). I think your products are top-notch, excellent quality, and I' am hoping that I have ordered the right color -- knowing you have an easy return policy helped me to at least order and see if it is what I think it will be! I was given two flat sheets… But now I am glad and can put one flat sheet sideways across my bed. Also, it is less expensive than fitted.

I ordered the newly-offered slim-ish black slacks in my usual size. They fit but they were so long, they actually fit under my feet. I gave them to a tall friend. I also ordered the cheerful PJs. They fit fine as long as I pull them way above waist. (Use your own imagination.) Also, the PJs start off cool but they do not breathe so they quickly provide significant warmth. They are pretty and they will be good for the winter.

I ordered some lavender gingham organic sheets and they are perfect! The color is lovely and they are soft and comfortable and well made. I also ordered a white comforter which is also great. Very pillowy and soft, and the price was reasonable. I love the selection of patterned sheets and the quality of fabric. Will definitely look to Company Store for future bedding needs.

The size of the LaCrosse quilted comforter is perfect for our California King split matress. I cannot use a bed skirt because of the split base. The comforter extends to the botton of the base. The mediurm warmth is as advertised for a room that is kept between 65 and 69 degrees. My only disappointement is that the quilted shams are only offered in a standard size. I had to order a king shame in the same color but in a like a sheet fabric. The colors are off.

It is curious that the quilted comforter came in a cal/king size and yet the only sham was a standard sham. I ordered a king sham in same color but it is not quilted. Other than than, it was easy.
Returned too large sheets over a week ago, return was received, but no money back yet. The sheets are ultra soft and luxurious, but the fitted sheet does NOT stay in place!

I have a few favorite colors which remind me of deep Caribbean waters and of the treasures which lie beneath those waters. When your recent catalogue arrived, towels which I truly do not need were available in a new-to-Company Store color. I went a little overboard on that Sunday afternoon. (Many people understand the allure of favorite colors.) Early on Monday morning I called and was able to speak with a (human) representative and explain my predicament, but my order had already been packed and was ready to ship from the warehouse. When I stated that I wanted to remove the bath rug because my small bathroom would be overwhelmed by too much color, the rep said she would do her best. However, if the package arrived with the rug, I was to call her back and she would help with the return. Well, the package arrived without the rug, just the beautiful new towels and bath mat. I look forward to using them, and also to wearing the perfect, all-cotton robe which is back-ordered. In addition, I want to share that my Company Store bed coverlet still looks wonderful a decade after I purchased it. Thank you for being a source of good quality cotton items.

I would have preferred more information on sizing for the robes, and also to change the shipping dates. I also emailed a suggestion that you carry XL Twin sized comforters/coverlets because those few inches make a big difference. Thank you.

I did a lot of research on organic bedding and I have purchased Company Store items in the past and was pleased with the quality, so I ordered sheet sets and a duvet cover in hopes that the feel and quality would be what I expected. It's lovely and I am super satisfied.

My experience was good and I love The Company Store. I wish you would come out with more colors in these towels though but the ones I purchased are wonderful. This is not a complaint because I love these towels but just want other colors like for instance a plum color, salmon color or a sage color would be nice. Just a suggestion.

This website advertised a percentage off my first order of I signed up for emails. Then it has me sign up with my phone number as well. Once I received my coupon code, the coupon was only good for fun priced merchandise. This is very misleading and manipulative advertisement and I will not shop from this website again because of it.
Offering 20% off your first order for giving the company my email and phone number and then the code only being valid for full priced items is extremely misleading. I likely won't recommend this website and likely won't use it again.
