I was in the brick store bought sectional from sunridge it was very big for my house I went to store saliha and Cody manager of the store they both help me beyond there limits extra love there services
We have ALWAYS had the best customer care and service with Kathy. You just can't get any better! She is amazing; patient, informative, honest and helpful.
The delivery was on time and went very smooth. Matt and Charlie were personable and did a great job delivering and setting up beds for us. Great experience!

I ordered a GE Cafe Range on Dec 2020 and there were problems at delivery. MABE (manufacturer) has accepted to refund it after a technician diagnosis (control panel, scrolls, isolation, button, etc.). And then I went to the Kirkland store and they proposed to change a new one for me instead of refund.
It has been almost 12 months and I did not get the new one. The store called me several time to delay the delivery (last message said to delivery on Jan 2022).
Now, the range is out of service with other problems (large burner doesn't work). The store seems ignore my several call and e-mails.
By the way, I never get any reply after the complain I had files on the site web of Brick.
The worst costumer service I've had in Vancouver. I've furnished 2 apartments and a house in last 4 years and used different stores but today was too much. 3 times before I was so disappointed but did not bother to waste more of my time on them. They delivered a wrong firmness mattress, the one I never bought (I went for medium they delivered extra firm) my hips are hurting in the morning. Went to exchange it and sales person Ramanjeet is looking me in the eyes claiming that I ordered firm mattress. I ended up paying $500 more for the soft mattress (for she charged me $700 more for the same firmness I've originally bought and I had to buy one with the less $ difference). Of course NO OPTION to return it, even though they said mattress came with 10 years warranty. Like my body hurting was not good enough reason for it. Did not bother to show or say that they are sorry that anything happened as a result of their mishandling but clearly looking at me as a highly annoying customer who doesn't know what she wants for $8,000 spent there! I have 0 star rating for warranties bought there earlier too but have 0 nerves to think about it past this review.

Bought my furniture 2 months in advance to have it delivered to my new home whe we moved in. The brick phoned me five times trying to deliver before we move in. Now we will be sleeping on the floor for two days before they can deliver. Their customer service screwed up and is terrible
We recently purchased all kitchen appliances & a laundry set from The Brick in Peterborough.
Paul / Dave provided excellent service & as a result, we ended up purchasing a bed, tv & couch.
We will be continuing to shop there
Why does it take someone to write a review to hear back from someone, bought a carpet almost slipped twice. Thank goodness I didn't hurt myself, rolled it up and put it away because there is no grip. The chair has no support, is wobbly and caused severe back pain. Seriously not what I expected from the brick
I bought sofa set in 2018 with warranty. When you buy something they explain that buy our warranty it cover this this but a week ago we claim a issue they declined to solve the issue and said I can't use my warranty again and they are not gonna give the warranty money back too
But the manager at regent brick location was very very rude to us

We came to 2 different stores in Mississauga to purchase a set of bed for our baby and both of them was terrible service. One, They left us and go to other customers between the conversations. Others, they said they will send someone for help but there was no one came to us. I would never recommend The Brick to anyone else and NEVER buy anything from this store again. Shame on them!
I took delivery of a 60" TV during the Black Friday Sales. It was delivered broken. Because I took it out of the box 3 days later, I was told tough luck, no refund. I noted the box was damaged upon delivery, and was still told tough luck, that I should have called within 48 hours.
They delivered an unusable, expensive product. I ordered a usable, expensive TV.
Stay away from these crooks.
We purchased a washer and dryer from the Brick.
It took many months to receive it due to supply shortages. This we understood.
However, once it arrived (5 months) later, the installation turned out to be the real problem.
The brick subcontracts this work to 3rd party vendors.
What shows up are 2 young individuals who are essentially glorified driver/movers and definitely not skilled installers.
Long story short, a few days after installation we started to notice a sound from our floors. Upon further inspection we found water seeping up between the floor boards.
They 'installers' had not connected the hoses properly and a small leak had been steadily leaking from the hoses for days and spreading under our flooring unbeknownst to us.
40% of our flooring is damaged and now we risk mold and mildew growth if we don't tear it up.
Our entire floor has to be replaced.
We tried to resolve this with the brick in a calm manner. But they have absolved themselves of any responsibility. We gave them a few options for resolutions that were acceptable to us and they refused them all.
Replacing the floor will cost more than the washer + dryer.
The brick does not stand behind their services.
Stay away.
Do NOT buy from the brick.
You will regret it.

I bought new washing machine from your company. I does not work and after contacting the whrilpool company they said I should wait 6 weeks for spare part. How brand new unit and does not work. How is your branch in Guelph say we have nothing to do for you. Now and 2.5 month without laundry because I purchased washing machine from you. I need a solution.
We bought a Maytag dishwasher from The Brick and after 3 years, it broke. It is a very common issue, the internet is full of complaints on this unit for the same issue. We bought the extended warranty that The Brick sells, it is from King& State who uses Transglobal repair service. Transglobal took all the info through their portal, I described the issue well, and I expected the the tech arrive with parts. It took ten days to get a tech and he just looked at it and left. It's going on the third week and still waiting. The warranty service from The Brick's offering is for the birds. Recently bought an LG range and waited 3 months, it never came. I cancelled it, and went to Home Depot and had it in a week, and $200 cheaper with a better warranty.
The moment you step into the store. You are followed by desperate sales clerk who persuade you to buy warranty on your purchase. By claiming you get a give card for amount paid if you don't make a claim.
I went to get my gift card and was told it only valid with purchase of $400 before taxes.
Why would anyone spend $400 on stuff you don't need to reclaim your $139.00?
Not once did any Sales Clerk ever mention this.
Also you only have 90 days to claim to "SO-CALLED CREDIT".

I wish I could give zero start they have very bad Sales management I purchased bed room sets and Two end tables and coffee table from them Every time they delivers to us it has damaged or missing pieces and when we went to talked to there manager he Lifted us and while we still talking how rude was that and we find out also they charged us for the Gift been sent to us when we purchased the sets and when they deliver the sets they made Damage on my door frame and they said they'll never going to come and fix that so please be careful when you guys purchased something from them Specially from the manager Jeff
Went to buy a mattress. In store, sign says 2700, I told the guy, I am not going to spend that much money, he says for me, I can do 1580. So try some and he says only the one I tried is in stock to ship, all others are unavailable. He says he will throw in the pillow, half price local delivery and a mattress protector, I say okay, let's write it up. I give him my info and he tells me the receipt will be emailed. I pay. I get home and check email, receipt says 1200 for bed, same price as the website sale. I just "bought" a $200 bleeping pillow…
They slipped in payment insurance papers with the whack of other papers that I had to sign even though I told the salesperson over and over I did not want insurance of ANY kind. Checked my account a few months later and they were slapping on $50 insurance a month on a $108 a month payment. Disgusting! Now I've been paying interest on it for three years. No one will help! Customer service could care less.
We purchased a adjustable bed in sept. It was delivered on a Friday and set on the room I asked the driver to set it up and remote large amount of cardboard. I was told they don't do that but the web site saved if a adjustable bed it would be set up.

Answer: They are a massive scam company. No customer service, no loyalty to their customers. Once you have paid, good luck receiving your merchandise on time, or getting replacements for the damaged goods. They lie through their teeth about timelines and promise things that never happen. They do not communicate amongst themselves, so one person will tell you one thing and the next has no idea and says it can't be done. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. Stay away!
Answer: Many furniture companies out there who are more reliable in shipping products on time. Amazon and Wayfair were good (although, I had one Wayfair order which had some damaged pieces that Wayfair has not been good at replacing).
