Interested in buying a 36" clock from this online store. It's a big purchase and I have questions. Called the phone number on the website. No one answers- No return calls. I emailed and the answer was customer service does not take calls. Emailed my questions and never got an answer. I guess The Big Clock Store does not have the TIME, the need, or the want to make a sale. I'd say their happy family (owned business) photo on the website is a fake!

I bought replacement parts for a large clock (movement & hands). They arrived promptly. When I tried to assemble the clock, the arm on the movement was too short. This was not their fault. I then contacted them and explained my issue. They were condescending, angry that it was not 'their' clock, and did not understand that I wanted to buy the correct movement (no exchange or refund was asked). After 3 emails their response was 'NO'.
